Never received product

I order from this company on 6-3-18, was told by the company that all sale items will take up to 6 weeks to ship out and then they told me mine would be shipped out around the 5ish week. well its past that and the company refuses to respond to my messages on facebook. They were happy to take my money out the same day i ordered it but now i cant get anyone to respond to refunding my money. Looks like i need to contact me credit card company and report this company as a fraud.

Stay Away!

I ordered two months ago. Product is still not shipped. I asked for a refund today. After reading these reviews I don’t expect much. Stay far away from this piss poor excuse for a “company”

I ordered fromt this company and they sent a facebook message showing it was ordered but no tracking info. I NEVER RECEIVED the order! Tried to reply to the facebook message and it wont let me. Its like I have been blocked. You cannot send a messgage there OR the website and there is no contact phone number anywhere. The money was taken out the day I ordered and it has currently been 2 months since ordering with NO product.

This order was placed on August 21st, 2017. The order finally arrived on October 6th, 2017. The box arrived flattened, wet, awkwardly taped shut, and all the products inside were damaged. Southern Style Design Bar did NOTHING to package this order with care. The sheets I ordered were unwrapped and 12x12, yet the box they came in is a priority flat rate box which is about 1/2 an inch smaller...crushing the edges of the vinyl I ordered. I messaged this store with pictures and a description of the condition the package came in. Southern Style Design Bar responded by telling me to file a claim through USPS, that there was nothing they could do because it's out of their hands.

After spending 45 minutes on the USPS website, registering for an account, resizing pictures as evidence, etc; I messaged the seller again telling them there was an option for teh seller to file the claim, rather than pushing it off on the buyer.

Southern Style Design Bar messaged me that they "ran out of money because of this" and attempted to make me feel guilty becasue she'd "have to send more product". I offered to send all the damaged product back and asked for a refund.

Southern Style Design Bar took this opportunity to call me an "a**hat", a "lazy f***" becasue I complained for spending over an hour on claiming the package (the system kicked me out twice while resizing the images so they could be submitted), a "snowflake", told me to "kick rocks" and to "enjoy your wet vinyl"...all in one long message.

As a small business owner; I have had packages destroyed before by the USPS. I have filed claims for my clients AND I offer them a replacement or refund while I wait to be reimbursed for the damaged package. I would NEVER speak to a client in this manner, pass off the task of filing a claim, or imply that they are an inconvience. I value my clients. The Southern Style Design Bar should be ashamed of themselves. After reading the reviews online, it's pretty obvious this business won't be around much longer. Their only saving grace, is that the prices are so low...it's worth the risk of trying them once.

PS: Had my order been placed in a plastic bag prior to being shoved in a box by itself; the items would have survived even though the box was wet.

Damaged items, Nasty Customer Service, Mocks Buyers on FB Page

Purchased 8/21/17, didn't receive order until 10/6/17 and it was damaged. The box was too small for the size vinyl sheets I ordered, so it had been crushed and awkwardly taped shut. The vinyl had been thrown in the box without any kind of protective sleeve, so when the box got wet in the shipping process...everything inside was destroyed. I messaged the SSDB Vinyl and they told me they ran out of money for my order and to file a claim with USPS. After spending a long period of time registering, filing, and resizing images for the claim to go through; I messaged SSDB again letting them know I was disappointed with their lack of customer service and dumping the shipping issue on me to fix. The person answering messages, responded to let me know that I'm "a lazy f**k", an "a**hat", a "snowflake" (what does that even mean? is that racial?), and to "enjoy my wet vinyl". I can't believe a business that treats their customers this way is still in business...the only thing keeping them afloat, are the really low prices.

After reading through their facebook page, I can see I'm not alone in feeling negatively towards this company! The owner, Austin likes to give discounts by mocking prior unhappy clients! He/She run contests for people to come up with names for people who complain. They've mocked a leading vinyl company, posted profanity, block unhappy clients from leaving comments, and even publicized the fact that they pay BBB to remove negative feedback. After MANY negative reviews, they've also recently changed their name from Southern Style Design Bar to SSBD Vinyl.

Don't waste your money or morals here!

Austin is rude, vulgar, and insulting to customers. We waited 2 weeks for an order and after a simple request of the status he replied with several insulting and vulgar emails .

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT SHIP AND STEAL YOUR MONEY- HERE IS MY STORY...I placed my order 5/29/17 with the full understanding that it takes 14 days to receive shipping information. I contacted them 6/17/17 via facebook and was reassured my order would ship that week. On 6/23/17 had yet to receive shipping information and contacted them again asking to cancel my order and return my money. I did not receive a response. I contacted them yet again 7/8/17 asking for money to be returned again no response. I no longer expect a response.

I ordered from Southern Style Design Bar on May 21, 2017. I read and agreed to the terms that I wait patiently and my order would be processed in 10-14 days. I was told not to contact them about the order unless it didn't ship in 14 days. On day 15, I contacted them to see if my order has shipped yet. I was told to wait patiently. On day 20, I contacted them again about my order and was told it would ship early the next week. On day 25, I contacted them again and told them I was going to contact BBB if my order was not shipped. I was sent a smiley face and told my comment made them tingly. My order was then refunded without explanation and my comments on their Facebook page was deleted.

Placed an order with this company, but after waiting two weeks for delivery, filed for refund. Posted a warning to customers on a Facebook ad regarding their reputation and immediately got a nasty personal message from them.

I placed an order on February 28th in the amount of $33.94. A USPS tracking number of 9405511899220867477024 was given to me. However, the company never shipped the product. When I contacted the company they were very rude and said USPS lost my order that I would have to contact them. USPS confirmed that the company only created a shipping label and never shipped the product. The company is refusing to ship my order or give me a refund. After looking st their FB page it looks like they have done this to several other customers. I would like to either receive what I paid for or get a full refund. It is obvious that this company is a scam.
