I ordered two rings in the ending of September. I got two of the wrong sizes so I sent it back exactly how it said too. I sent them by October 6th and they arrived to the exchange place October 7th. It is now December 7th and I havnt received either of the rings I payed for. I have emailed them several times, messeged them on Facebook several times, and even called the number they had post which of course didn’t work. I am very disappointed and feel like I got ripped off. It shouldn’t take over two months to exchange to rings when I received the original rings less than 2 days. I want my money back!! This is not what a professional company would do.
Ordered a set of rings from this online store almost a month ago. Both size 11. I got my order a few days later and my husbands ring was the correct size but mine was a size 7! I contacted them immediately to ask them to send me the correct size along with a return label so I could send back the incorrect ring but they never responded. I've emailed them every day because this was suppose to be my husband's father day gift and they ruined it for me. How unprofessional. I strongly recommend you don't order from this company. They'll rip you off.
