Do Not purchase leads or preset appts from. Absolute Joke of a Lead provider, They can't deliver no matter what they promise you.
Agreed to a refund, in writing, but has not refunded. I placed an order with Joe from Solar Media Team and payed $4000 for 20 preset appts, $200 each.
Joe said we would have our first appointments in a week or 2 tops. This time went by with little contact from Joe so we started reaching out diligently. Finally after a month of us constantly following up with Joe we had our first appt set. We then got the recording of this call and it was just terrible the customer had no idea they were even setting a solar appointment.

Purchases or has Purchased Appointment Leads from Solar Media Team/Renew/Renovation Referral a Florida Corporation the purpose of the call made to me to obtain for Solar Appointments for a in house demo on solar to obtain a Solar Sale however Solar Media Team/Renew/Renovation Referral is calling people who are on the Federal DO NOT CALL LIST.
I know this because I am one of them who has received a call on behalf of Planet Solar Solutions on 4/18/2019 I was Greeted by Amy From Solar Media Team/Renew/Renovation Referral and then Transferred to Planet Solar Solutions.
I spoke to Michael ODonnell who set an appointment up to come to my home in Holiday FL the Tech was TREVOR. once I got off the Phone I attempted to reach out to Planet Solar Solution and continuosly they hang up on me and I even tried the other phone numbers to NO ANSWER.
I then went to Social Media They Planet Solar Solutions Rep Nate was able to contact Gabe at Solar Media Team/Renew/Renovation and complain about reviews that were misworded so I removed them and began negotiating a Settlement which Solar Media Team/Renew/Renovation Referral.
just wasted my time at this time there is no option but to let the world know what type of business practice are going on with Soalr Appointment and this review is 100% Truth and Honest. I have already settled before with Solar Media Team/Renew/Renovation and they still contact me. I suggest finding a new company to use that is my opinion. I did attempt to settle this privately to no help from either team I am now forced to retain counsel and move forward
