I attended a seminar in Las Vegas ( April 2018) on Snap Flipping/Real Estate Investment Education with Drew Levin and Danny Perkins . The premise was that you will learn how to Snap Flip real estate by using their monwy to fund the investment minus some profit from Snap Flip. During the seminar they ask that you invest in edcuation which is 1100 so that you can be education on Snap Flipping on at later date. So I bought the 1000 education packet which seemed to me a good deal, noting I spend that on Seminars and continuing education related to my work easily in 3 months.

The 2nd Real Estate Investment Education training was scheduled in May. A 3 day educational class in Las vegas. Now, remember we were told that we were going to use their money to initially fund the real estate investment deal to snap flip houses or businesses, so why are you asking atendees to use their own money from their IRA, 401K credit cards and personal loans and bank accounts tofund the snap flip and obtain specialized trainingworkshops which cost 19.997 for platinum, 24,997 for Diamond Elite, and 37,997 Diamond Elite 360. This the shocking part for all that money Diamond Elite 360 you get 3 day training in your working area. I dont have any real estate expericence so 3 days of 1 on 1 is not going to cut it. 2. Discuss your goal and curent skills via phone for 30 mins, and of course home study courses with a 3 day retreat go to Utah to meet the "Investors". 1:1 mentor via telephone for 1yr. I work hard for my money and if I pay 37,997 for a class which I consider this a possible 4 credit hr class in college. I want more than 1 yrs of training. So you know when it came to purchasing the workshop I did not and I did not return after the first night of the supposed edcuation session which was no educational session at all . It was a sales event to buy into more of their "Real Estate Investment Education".

The following week after the attendeing 1 of a 3 day seminr because I was so turned off.I recived a phone call from a reresentative stating she wanted to discuss my finacial goals and expectations. The conversational lasted about 30-40 mins and at the end the representative offered another training packet which cost 4,995 and I had to get the traing packet at that time (which made me feel uncomfortable like I was being pressured).

I initially gave the representative my information but I advised her that I and my bank protect their cosumers by establishing a limit of funds chrged in 24 hour period and they amount was over. I advised her that i would have to discuss it with my bank ( who also gives advice on potential scammers). The repesentative submiited the amount and it was declined like I stated. I was turned off and now I really have a confirmation that Snap Flip and their associates are a scammers. The representative called me several times which I ignored the call and blocked the number. Today I checked my bank statement just to find out 2500 charged and placed another future charge for 2,500 dollars at a later date without my permission. The unknown charged came from Fiancial Education, Utah which the training department for Snap Flip/Real Estate Investment company. I am in contact with BBB and will also discuss this with a lawyer for possible criminal charges. Why? because I Hate Thieves and Scammers. DO NOT ATTEND These Seminars (Sanp Flip/Renovate Rent hosted by Danny Perkins). Im sure there are more so if they are offering something for free Run the other way.

So They lure you in with the idea of Flipping houses using inticements of the DIY network and professional names of claims that Million and Billionaires are wanting to lend you their money @1.65percent of which the promtion advertized that you will recieve free training, laptop, prizes , and a full refund that costs 1147.00 at a 3 day event training of which they take you from in the middle of to speak with you privately so you do not get the full services which is a fast pace event leaving you needing more information.. However clear and informative it was... It was incomplete and they purposely remove you from the seminar to get you to spend more money to the tune of 39000.00 of which I observed several elderly folks signup to get rich flipping houses, properties, mobile homes and countless other types of investments.. telling the class they can do it without a Liscense in Michigan... of which LARA Michigan Law clearly has set guidelines as to who may effect , broker ,sell, securities notes, bonds and contracts in real property...Problem they do not tell you the laws and regulations... and Michigan says you cannot sell mobilehomes without a license as they are a titled DMV property and Michigan only allows a person to sell 4 homes "flipped" before you must get a realitor liscense and you cannot broker real property between other parties without certain legal issues under Michigan Lara Rules.. I kepted getting told to "trust them" I"I am making this to complicated"..

.After the class ended today they tried to tell me to get away from other peoplein the Hall way... I had to verbally tell the acoster I am hotel quest and class member leave me alone and get away from me..I was sharing information on State regulation after discovering what they said was misleading ..I shared my information about Michigan LARA Regulations to others in the hall way.... The event was Really agressively promoting to buy in and the team counsler I had... acted very wierd to me. He would not stop coming up and hugging me from behind..I felt molested...very creepy...thiswas just very odd that set the red flags going off in my head...This coupled with the fact and that I have already sold several privately owned properties and they were promising me to help me flip more properties in 3 weeks which is illegal without proper creditials.. me and my spouse completed the class and came home... now I am having some trouble dealing with the guy who total had no professional bearings and I didnot even know his name which has caused me to report this to the Michigan State Police Fraud Dept. and I may file a assault case for unwanted sexual advancements.... So if you want to learn how to break the law.. take the classes.. GET INFORMED because ignorance of the laws is not bliss...I hope to protect others from getting mislead and taken advantage of.....

First, we got an invitation to a "Make Money & Preserve Wealth Conference" and the offer to receive some gifts for attending. The event was held in a good area and decent hotel. We got gifts and a bag lunch. The speaker hyped the $38k package benefits and asks for $1200 to attend the 3-day event. There were two speakers and six assistants to take payments for the workshop. A second offer is made for making money in the stock market for an additional $200 - $300 cost, held on three different days. The workshop is the same format spread out over the three days to convince you to purchase one of three packages between $20k to $38k. The workshop is held in a low-income area around the football stadium at a hotel of the same name. The claim is simple, trust them to be the experts to lead you to the promise land safely for $38k or less safe with the $25k or $20k packages. If you suggest that you may want to purchase the latter two packages, you are reminded that components taken out of those packages would only serve to make you less safe going forward. Those with good credit are directed to credit card offers that could be used to pay for the packages while those with money are pressed to pay in cash. Prices are discounted for the event and can be purchased later individually for double the discounted cost directly from the company. The premise is that without their help, you will spend lots of time trying to figure everything out and very likely failing and losing lots of money along the way. Does it work? Is it worth it? I am not in a position to risk finding out it doesn't, are you?

They saw you on the fact that you can make money finding homes for their investors which is not the case they are trying to sell you a course so you can become an investor and then they turn around if you can afford the $1300 for that course try and sell you a $300 course for stock trading so you can build-up enough money to pay for the other course which to find out is a big waste of money and time these people are scammers and rip people off so people beware . They are just a bunch of con artist
