Maybe report this to your Secretary of State of your own state, the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, the US ATTORNEY GENERAL for your District? Include your credit company's name -- apparently no one sent the thieves your msg! I'm trying to look into this too b/c a LLC of a different name but with very similar methods just charged my debit card too & I only get SS, I-m slowly dying of COA (chronic obstructive asthma).
On or about July 21, 2015 I ordered the slimming cleanse and slimming garcinia sample product that I saw advertised on Facebook . I received the product in a brown envelope within a week to 10 days, it was in a brown envelope with a packing slip that had a phone # for each bottle. Cleanse: 888-4931053 Garcinia: 888-492-9234, there was no address or fax or other information.
I used the product for about 10 days, did not feel it was helping, so put it in a drawerr and forgot about it.
On Sept 6th, 2015 I was looking at my credit card statement and learned that company had charged me $89.92 for the garcinia, and $79.95 for the cleanse on August 3, 2015 and again the same amounts on Sept 5, 2015. That amounts to almost $340.00 !!
I disputed the charges on September 6th and again on September 7th as the second charge had not been posted yet. The credit card company gave me credit to my account and I asked them not to allow any further charges from that company again.
I do not have any email address to write them. Would you believe today, September 8, 2015, I received a package from this company that I do not intend to open. I am going to the Post Office tomorrow to see if I can send it back REFUSED.
Thank You for anything you can do to expose this fraud !! I will remain fat !
