Dr. Haramis performed a lipo on my stomach. I am now deformed. The sales staff at Sleek Spa were very pushy and insisted on applying for a care credit to cover the surgery. They agreed to refund me for the surgery but they never sent the credit to care credit. Sleek Spa disapeared without any notice. Care Credit is now trying to take me to court for this. Sleek Spa was suppose to refund my care credit account. DO NOT GET ANY SURGERY WITH THIS MAN.
I went in for a consultation back in 2011, I was told that I can schedule my appointment at anytime, I left a $1000 deposit using my bank card. I called back to schedule my appointment 6-8 months later. I left numerous messages in which none was ever returned, I later found out that they were permanently closed. I just want to get my $1000 back. I have proof of the transaction.
