As with the previous poster, I found the charge for a second shipment on my credit card account, called my bank the same day to block the transaction as I had no idea who the vendor was. I called the vendor the next day to cancel that and any further orders. In the mail that day I received the product. As I had not ordered it or opened it I called the vendor and asked what I could do about it, the salesman, named Roger, said I could return the product if it was not opened and I got an RMA to return the products for a refund. I called my bank to tell them that I was returning the product for a refund. I returned the produce, got confirmatipn from the post office that the item was received and then called the vendor who confirmed the receipt and said that the refund was in process.
I called again the next month and the refund was in process. I called again after another month and the refund was still in process! After talking to the vendor a month later I was told that because i was outside of the trial they were entirely legal to deny the refund and to keep the product that was returned. They said they never lose a dispute! In effect they doubled their money by keeping the product I returned and denying the refund. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Ordered trial size. Terrible product burned the eyes, cancelled on April 27 which was long before trial ended.
They charged my account anyway, astronomical amount, though I called and canceled.
I have sent the email proof of cancellation to bank. Company has asked for 45 day review.
Please stay away from these "miracle beauty" type companies for it isn't true.
