Skin Royale Serum Reviews

I bought this junk because of bags under my eyes. I haven't had it a month when I got another shipment in the mail. I understood it was a one time purchase until I got the 2nd box in the mail. Checked my bank account to see if another $10.95 was gone only to find over $187.00 deducted from my account for these products. This thing is a total RIP-OFF and I was told I would be getting my money back after a threat to call the Attorney General of NC and the FCC.

Skin and eye royale

Scam - as everyone has said here, this is a rip off. This has nothing to do with Heather Dubrow, it is not her product!!!! Also, they just begin charging your card without your knowledge!! I was shocked to continue to receive product, even though I did not authorize it!!!!! I was charged the $180.00 twice!!! When you call and you tell them you did not authorize continuing, they say it is your responsibility to cancel and if you don't, too bad. I am livid!!!!! DO NOT AUTHORIZE.

I bit on the ad, free trial size. Just pay 4.95 and 5.95 for shipping. I received the products. I tried them and was not impressed. Then I discover 2 automatic withdrawals from my bank acct. $86.95 And $89.95. I called the number attached to the withdrawal and was given some story about not canceling within 14 days. Said it was in the terms I agreed to. I received no additional terms. No invoice. No packing slip. So they tell me they will cancel any ongoing and future transactions. My money will be refunded. Never happens. Next call, tells me again that I received and agreed to terms. And this one tells me he sees it was cancelled but there was no refund. I asked if there was a shipment coming. He says no, because "I see you cancelled it". Ok where's my money? Oh we can't give you a refund. Ok, so your not sending any creams and not giving me back my money? Finally he says they can refund 30%. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was put on hold for about 15 minutes until I hung up and called my bank.... we will see how this goes. I plan to continue to ramp up my calls to the company as many times a day as my schedule will permit. They are gonna regret me.

I called them told them that I wanted my money back that took out of my acct that I did not authorize, they said it nothing they could do about it, Saying that I should have read the terms and conditions, then I asked them to show me where I agreed for them to take my money, they could not supply me with that

I sent for their samples for $5.95 and $4.95 . 10 days later they debited my and acct. for $86.95 and $89.95 for no reason.

Hello, I was out of town, my son had just died, I saw this cream thinking it was one I had previously purchased. It was not...a offer of 5.99 plux xhipping....had eye surgery, and literally could not see for six weeks...today a second shipment arrived...

This Skin Royale is not at all what I understood...I called immediately, there never is a billing, or way to reach and cancel..went on line found a phone number...called, was told literally "tough"....and they kept selling, I could not even ship back unopened shipment ....consequently...I was charged 89.95...I live on SS...nearly 80 years old.

I hope I have been successful in canceling....this is a scam...no doubt....Please do not buy this product...

Skin royale charged my account twice of 86.00 and 89.00 and i did not authorize it. Only was suppose to be a one time fee of 4.95 and 5.95 for shipping. I did not authorize no 86.00 or 89.00

This so-called free trial costs about $90 and doesn't give you an option to cancel. The customer service doesn't answer and the email address is non-existant. Arline, NYC

I ordered the eye and face cream trial. Did not realize that I was supposed to contact the company within 14 days and let them know how I like the product. It clearly states the product takes 4-8 weeks before any improvement can be noticed, but you are supposed to let them know if you like it in 14 days. The "customer service" rep was less than helpful. She said there was nothing she could do about the charges but she could give me the "February special" and send me my next shipment absolutely free!! I told her I did not believe there was nothing she could do about the charges and she kept insisting she could not. I feel like an idiot and am thinking of asking my bank to cancel payment since I did not knowingly authorize these payments.

I signed up to recieve a trial of Skin Royale and Eye Royale for $5.95 and $4.95 + S & H each. NO DISCLAIMERS in either the offer OR the email confirmation OR the packaging on terms and conditions for canceling any subscription to product.

Two weeks later, I am charged $86.95 and $85.95 for products I only meant to sample.

I called customer service and before I'm even off the phone with them, they have canceled the orders, but will NOT refund the money charged on my card, stating that it was "in the terms and conditions" in the original offer. Obviously, they are well-accustomed to dealing with this scam.

I am not a fool. I order samples and cancel stuff All. The. Time. If there had been a disclaimer, I would have seen it.

This company is a SCAM!

This company had automatically deducted money from my account wihtout my authorization. I did not authorize this deduction. They should refund my money. This s a rip off . They cannot do that. I received the sample and that all I signed up for. Today, I received it and called right away but when I checked my account, they have already deducted the $86.95 which I did not authorize. I did authorize the sample shipment of $6.95 and $5.95 a couple of days ago but not the $86.95. They said I am supposed to cancel within the 30 day but I just got t today and called them and they said the due date had passed. What? I just got it today and cancelled today. But they insisted that I owe them $86.95. What a rip off. They just want to get my money no matter what. Please help. They are not supposed to do that. Please help. I used my visa card which is also linked to my checking, but for some reason they were able to figure out that it is linked and charged my checking account. They are crooks and they are out there to get our money.

Unfortunately we all let our guard down and fall prey to these miracle promising advertisements. Skin Royale is on the top of the list. However, my beef is not with the results it is with their sneaky tactics of draining your bank account for $176.90.

When I saw the charge on my bank account I immediately called customer service to rebut the charges. The customer service representative turned out to be no more than a robot repeating the same information, 'I'm sorry mam but the charges are valid as stated on the terms and conditions'. She claimed that the terms indicated that I had 14 days to try the product and on the 15th I was to be charged. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor or manager arguing that in order to try out a product I would need to have it in hand to use and this put me still within the 14 period. She would "go talk to a supervisor" and come back with an offer.

The first one she was "authorized" to give me was for 25% of the &176.90.

In the end and after quite a heated discussion with her, I was able to get my full refund. Who authorized this is still a mystery since when she had finally agreed to get a supervisor on the phone she informed me that it would be a 2 -3 hour wait since the supervisor was SO busy. Yes, you can imagine my response to that. Although I did acknowledge that they probably were very busy since I could hear in the background the room-full of representatives on the phone addressing my same issue with other customers. I refused to wait and demanded to speak to him immediately, afterall hadn't she been negotiating with him my refunds? Nope, no suprevisor ever got on the line.

I think the blow that got me my money back was that I pulled up the terms and conditions on thier website and read back to her exactly what it said. Much to her surprise it actually states that you are given 17 days [not 14] to try out the product and if you do not cancel on the 17th day you will be charged, HA! That put me well within the trial period. This was after accusing me of not reading the fine print! She put me on hold one last time and came back saying that I would be getting a full refund. Go figure. I asked for a confirmation number and an email confirmation regarding my account cancellation. Although I did get a confirmation number for the refund and the cancellation email I am still not singing complete victory until I get the the money back into my account. Funny thing is, had they not jumped the gun in charging me I would not have known the trial period discrepency and only been arguing the point of needing the product in hand to evaluate. Maybe enough of us are catching on and they are in need of revenue.

Moral of the story: Let your guard down and your vanity sneaks in getting you into lots of trouble. Face it, life is about living and getting old. I'm chosing to let those lines and scars tell the story and use that money to create somemore!

Stay away from Skin Royale and the miilions like it!!!

Eye royale and skin royale are both a rip off. They advertise "free products" only pay shipping. But, they then bill you a hugh amount and start auto ship. When I called to get an RMA I was told "we do not accept returns".

I would like everyone to be aware of this company because I lost nearly $200.00 with no recourse. Also, because they deducted from my checking account I was charged because it went below the minimum balance.

I would like to see this company taken off the internet with their sales tactics. Total Fraud!

I ordered this cream it said in 14 days you would see a different in wrinkles. they even shou a video. They also say there is a 14day trial. I ordered recieved 5 days later. I could see no results. I called on the 13 day to return and they said they had charged my card 89.95 for each of the creams. this is times 2. that i had 14 days from the time of ordering.

they first said they could do nothing about it. Then she said she could give me a credit of $35.00 . the face cream only last about 17 days and ther was to be a 30 day suppluy..

This is a total ripp off.

My wife saw the offer on the internet for a free trial of Skin Royale and Eye Royale. Just pay for shipping and handling the ad said. She did that and received the products. Little did she know that if you do not respond within 14 days you are charged $86 and $85. When you try to cancel they only refund 70% of the charged amount. They are scam artits and shoud not be allowed to continue in business.
