FRAUD ALERT !!! FAKE Apple store !! Sells JUNK phones as NEW!! Refuses to honor warranty on supposedly "new" phone. By far the absolute WORST NIGHTMARE of a customer service I have ever encountered. This store is set up to resemble an Apple store. It is not, it's a sham. I picked up a supposedly new iPhone from this place may 07. The phone was defective from day 1, leaving me to question if it was someone else's junk phone re-designated as "refurbished".
I took phone back here twice and sent to apple twice. Each time they claim nothing wrong with phone, with most recent excuse that issue is with SIM card. Yet another trip was made to ATT store where they replaced SIM card which proved the store was wrong. Simply Mac stalls the warranty process by requiring appointment for any service issues, but no appointment slots were even available. I therefore had no choice but to send phone to Apple 2 more times. Apple would not recognize or honor the so called warranty because this is a FAKE Apple store, and Simply Mac now denies any responsibility for warranty supposedly because Apple is who touched it last.
They put me through all the BS even though they had no available appointments for them to address problem. I have given this store and Apple numerous opportunities to make it right, including 4 trips to store, one trip to ATT, and I sent supposedly brand new phone 2 times to Apple. I have wasted all of 30 - 40 hours dealing with this absolute nonsense and stalling tactic. I called and emailed the regional manager, and corporate consumer affairs office. All this only to have you refuse to respond, drag your feet and stall, and delay, until your worthless so called "warranty" on a supposedly brand new phone expired.
Do not do business with this company! They took my Mac which needs a new drive on April 19. The Mac sat for 9 days in the Kent facility because (1) they don't have a repair tech there and (2) you won't believe this - they didn't have a box to put the Mac in to send it to Seattle! It is now April 28 and they say they will get to it sometime in early May. So the 7 to 10 clock hasn't even started yet after almost 2 weeks. In hindsight, I wish I had taken it my local repair guy and I would have had it the next day. Again, do not do business with this company if you need a computer repaired.
