I went in for a consultation on a laser treatment. I entered the unimpressive office to hear Debra Tri yelling at her assistant. She was so rude and mean to her and seemed to be blaming her for a mistake she made herself. Very arrogant person, not even the decency to talk to her employee in private if there even was a real issue. I don't want that woman touching my face and you shouldn't either. There are bad reviews on her all over and I read somewhere she was sued by a spa she worked at in the past. Stay away from this crazy woman, sounds like the services she performs are worse than her personality!
Careful of going here unless you want your face to be permanently scarred like mine!God help you if you go here!
I recently had a IPL service from Deb at MedSpa, I wished i had read the reviews, it would have deterred me from using her services. The initial service was adequate, however the IPL service created more damage and worst results on my face, ended up with LARGE dark spots on my entire face, very visible. Her assistance took pictures and asked that i return a week later to meet with Deb. The meeting was ghastly, she was unprofessional, rude to her assistant, accusatory, huffed and puffed, rolling her eyes, as she scolded me.
NO apology, no concern, just simply let me write a prescription to help fade away the dark spots. Buyers be aware of her shady practices and professionalism.
She sold me a buy one get one, never got the get one.The damage she did to my face, will now be more costly as i will need to see a dermatologist/plastic surgeon.
I initially went to Deb Tri (the owner) for Botox and filler and had no problems. But while there I learned about a treatment called Fractora that could help eliminate lines around the mouth area. I decided to try it after talking with Deb. The cost was $600. To make a long story short, THE TREATMENT PERMANENTLY SCARED MY FACE! Luckily I only had the area around my mouth done. I have many scars - some are recessed (like acne scars, but larger, and there are spots where there is loss of pigment (hypopigmentation) and darker spots (hyperpigmentation). Deb never said "I'm sorry", she didn't offer to refund my money. She acted like she didn't care. Needless to say, I no longer go to Simplicity Medspa. I talked to a lawyer, but it's difficult, if not impossible, to get medical professionals to testify against each other and you have to prove negligence.
Her receptionist is a shady white trash smoker who gave me a hematoma and bad bruise.
These people don't know what they are doing and are not regulated by anyone. They can endanger your life so be careful.
I recommend on First Hill in Seattle. I have had about 6 Dermapin treatments to help reduce the scaring ($100 each). They are wonderful!

Problems with Product/Service Complaint
I came in to see Debra Tri at her Medspa after watching her perform this procedure called the Vampire lift. I was very impressed scheduled an appointment. I asked questions about it and felt comfortable with her. After having it done I see that I wasted my $2500 on this procedure. Deb gave me some... free little samples of some expired products to lighten my brown spots. After going back for my pictures to compare I did not see any change. I felt that although she claims she saw something I didnt say a thing not even a minor or suttle change. I felt everytime she showed me my before and after pictures she wanted me to agree with her and say yes I see something. I talked with a respectable Plastic Surgeon who is board certified about this and he stated any respectable Dr would refund you or try and work something out with you to accomodate you.
I stated she's not a doctor she's a ARNP. I did express my feelings to Deb and she stated that if she gets some samples of a product or whatever to see if it would make a difference to my brownspots but that never happened.I feel that was just talk to comfort me but she never followed up with that. I feel that all she wanted was my money and me leaving and looking like a fool. I talk to another Plastic Surgeon in Bellevue and he stated that it's a rip off to take your money. Although she was ncie to me I cannot help but feel its a deceptive ploy to get ones money and try and make you believe you see a difference or change. I went to her hoping she could assist me and believed this would help my browns spots but i feel it was just a lie. I just want my money back. Its bugged me all this time until another Dr suggested for me to file a complaint.

Debra Tri, ARNP WARNING from a Survivor Patient. I am a former victim of Debra Tri ARNP. Her background is family medicine she has NO Dermatology Residency whatsoever, only certificate hours from paid conferences.
RED FLAG: Boasts about "innovative" techniques. Most providers use the same basic techniques - because they are proven safe and effective. Beware of providers like Debra Tri who say she uses "innovative" or "revolutionary" procedures.
RED FLAG: Lacks hospital privileges, Hospitals consider doctors' skill and training before granting privileges. Debra Tri lacks certain privileges, evidence that the hospital is dubious of her ability. Debra Tri gets around the problem by performing surgery in their offices - which is NOT the safest place.
There is a reason you should only go to DERMATOLOGISTS or PLASTIC SURGEONS for injectables and NOT someone trained briefly and fails to possess a keen understanding of facial muscle structure. I would rate this crazy owner negative stars if I could. She will rip you off and do a horrible job. As a former patient who survived this dangerous provider, I can speak to the facts of her dangerous practice. Debra Tri, ARNP was negligent and failed to warn me of the dangers of and how it could affect me.
Debra Tri, ARNP uses mixed solutions tubes of fillers and injectables and claimed to use the entire tube. Before she injected me she left the room with the solution! Run please! Do research and go anywhere else. Please do not use Debra Tri, ARNP, I do not want anyone else to be as upset as I was when I left. Research and you will know there are honest good businesses in town.
Debra Tri, ARNP has no business self proclaiming herself an "expert injector", no one qualified has given her that credential. Please do not go to Debra Tri, ARNP. You will be making the biggest mistake of your life. I made the mistake and have to live with the consequences daily. Debra Tri, ARNP has no conscience nor regard for her actions. I have recently been dealing/coping with feeling and looking so disfigured, that people have actually stood in front of me staring and looking. Simple fine lines that were over injected? My face is lopsided and hideous looking. My own family, does not recognize me.
I came for a simple eyebrow lift, this should have been incredibly straightforward. Shortly after her injections, I realized they were not done well. The way the injections were placed, my brows were lifted too much at the end, a telltale sign of BAD BOTOX (it's also known as "Spock eyebrows"). The fillers, something, was wrong with them… I don't know what I had injected in me but it burned and the BURNING has not stopped since the day I got injections from her.
NOW I AM IN PAIN EVERYDAY AND I LOOK EMBARRASSINGLY TERRIBLE.
Adding insult to injury (literally), I called her and went back to her clinic but she did not offer me no solution. So now, I have a dent in my forehead, overdone lumps, and my cheeks are swollen with leakage. I literally have an allergic reaction everyday due to WHO KNOWS what she injected me with. Debra Tri, ARNP denied any wrongdoing. She accused me of having too high of expectations and that she didn't see anything wrong with me even though my face was swollen, red, and clearly in pain. I have leakage and a lot of side effects from her.
Debra Tri, ARNP is slick when she reassures you of her credentials. Debra Tri, ARNP is NOT Board Certified as a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon. Debra Tri, ARNP kept saying she was board certified but she is only board certified as a family practice nurse practitioner how is that the same? It's NOT. Debra Tri, ARNP is slick LIED to my face.
Do you really want an unsupervised procedure with no MD on site? Do you want her injecting you with God knows what and sticking threads in your face? I've never had my face feel so clumpy and uneven. Debra Tri, ARNP wasted my time in driving there under the impression she were going to fix her mistake and not try and scam me into buying another vile. I had an even face before I went to see Debra Tri, ARNP.
Debra Tri, ARNP was beyond insulting, in an attempt to confuse me she rambled off names of muscles in an effort to deflect blame towards her. She sounded unintelligible and sat on the computer showing me websites and photos of people that she NEVER even treated. It got to a point where I literally called her out and she just shrugged. Debra Tri, ARNP is a truly dangerous and negligent injector and put me and my family through hell and she is worthy of being fully exposed.
