I signed up for this website host for supposively 1.99 a month. They charged me and I spent a good 3 days creating my business site. As I went to include my products in my online store it tells me that I need to upgrade to be able to post more than 5 items. I click ok expecting a page specifying the cost and number of products allowed, nothing comes. They charge my credit card for 149 dollars. I go to contact them for help and they have no phone number, only an email. So I email them 3 days in a row, each time I get a "it can take up to 2-3 business days for a response" email. It's now been a week and 5 sent emails and I've heard nothing from them. I cancelled my account and now I have to cancel my credit card so this scam of a company can't charge me for anything else without asking!
The same thing happened to me. Did you ever get your money back? And I got that same auto response email. They charged my card $129! I'm trying to cancel my website with them. I'm also trying to get a refund from them! I thought I had paid for the dollar 99 a month plan. I was trying to pay for something online last night, and it kept saying that my card was declined. So I check my bank account and I saw that they charged me! Now I only have $3 in my bank account for the rest of this month!
