The individual Carole Lieff AKA Silke Berlinn for 2 years has been using my music on her YouTube channel and has not responded to my takedown notices.
I did have to file grievances with YouTube to demand that they remove the video.
These videos have accumulated over 250,000 views and Carole Lieff AKA Silke Berlinn has not provided any payment nor has been willing to communicate via phone regarding royalties, in YouTube dollars per view, the amount of dollars could be so high as 2500 that are unpaid to me for the use of my music and video.
She advertises to be a musician and art dealer, however she has only taken my art pieces and not paid me for them, appraised nothing which I asked for appraisals on, and has not paid me any royalties for the use of my music and video.
As far as I am concerned she is a thief like the majority of people who think they have influence in the Los Angeles arts market.
I will be glad to remove this review when I am paid the monies my work has created and appraisals are given for the art she has stolen and the art is returned to me.
