On May 2 I found a charge on my bank statement from silka eye relief for 92 dollars and change. I had looked at their website but never ordered. When I called the lady I spoke with said that yes I had ordered and that was the charge for my order. She was brusk and rude, I told her that I wanted my money reversed to me, and she hung up on me. It is now May 28th, 2017 and I still have not received any product or my money back.Am going to contact my states attorney and BBB, and my bank.
Internet off for a free trail of True-skin product that was on SHark Tank. the free trial was $4.95 shipping .. The website was difficult to order from and once placed . had to renenter numerous times. The site kept skipping around. the charge automactically included an eye cream at another $4.95. I did recieve the trial product. have not used. I just was charged $92.99 and $92.97 for an adiitional shipment. I called them. The woman answering was very rude and hung up on me. Saying I agreed to additional shipments. WHich I did not.. Their so called terms did not come up on the original page which no longer exists. DO not do business with this fraudulent company. I am going to contact our State Attorney, Better Business Bureau and FTC.
