SignPost Digital was a complete disater for my company. I own a personal training business, and they came to me promising new clients, new leads, and automated marketing. Nothing could have been further from the truth. They onboarded me at $250/mo on a 6 month contract. They guarantee 5 leads per month or your money back. They failed to get me 5 leads in 4 months!!! In linking my email every client I generated myself was added to the list, as well as the contact infor for the hoardes of telemarketers that began calling after signing up with SignPost.
They start by telling you they're going to design your Google+ page, Yelp Page, and Facebook. In reality they do none of these things, and basically walk you through doing it all yourself. I built the pages myself. They then proceed to bill you every month, as you watch for the leads they promised and they will never come. SignPost has no clue how to generate a lead, and no business marketing themselves as a company to do such. They dishonor their garauntee. When I spoke with them about my issues they asked if I had any additional contacts to add manually and implied that the contacts that I add are how they get leads! It was infuriating! They let me out of my contract, but refused to refund any money to me, despite the fact I couldn't pay my rent because they billed me without authorization.
If you're looking at using SignPost, save yourself $1,500 and build a Google+ page, Facebook page, and Yelp page. Then sit and wait for leads to show up. You'll get the same results (none) but you wont spend $1,500 for a whole lot of nothing.
