Went to look at several properties and was not provided accurate information. The false info led me to believe that this company was consistent with a good reputation. On the whole, they do a lot for the community, but when deceived by the rental agent (Diana) it created a lot of hassles for when I signed the lease. This deceptive practice must stop. Do not properly inspect or clean units before tenant moves in. The properties are old and the kitchen pipes leak. The unit has been left for months because they don't want to put money and time for fixing. When they are given complaints, they only respond to easy fixes and leave the rest. When they don't respond they are telling you that you don't matter. Only care about money. Tape your conversations when going on viewings because Diana will tell lies through her teeth.
