I ordered a Graco playpen on September 24. They immediately charged my Chase credit and emailed me saying the product would ship in 3-5 days and arrive in 3-4 weeks. Then they went silent.
I emailed them 3 times during October requesting my order/shipment status. I discovered they are based in Spain. After 5 weesk of no product and no response, I put their charge in dispute with Chase.
Shopepip never sent the 6 items I ordered. They should be arrested and given life sentence because they suck the life out of the general public...and give good business a bad name...one bad apple can ruin the whole basket

It serves me right to go fornthe cheapest deal on a folding wagon. 3 months and $12.95 later I’ve clearly been scammed. Two months of waiting for a product to arrive and I ended up spending $40+ for a folding wagon at Academy Sports. So basically what could have been a $45 expenditure turned into a $58 cost. Scammers are the scum of the earth!
I ordered a pregnancy pillow october 3 rd an still haven't received it. Tried emailing me a couple times, still no response. I will never ever ever go through them again

If you paid with your credit card, go through the credit card company website to dispute the charge for no item received. The credit card company will refund you and go after them for the $ or not give them the money owed.

Immediate email that it was shipped. huge red flag. then ten days later, still no shipping details or tracking number. i emalied to cancel it because they didnt send anything to me. no response. 9 more emails asking for tracking number and to cancel order.
look up online and see they are scammers. of course.
nearly 200$ lost on ordering through these jackasses. thankfully my online card issuer is really good with this stuff and they create virtual cards to use for online purchases. so these asshats dont continue to try and take money from me fraudulently.

If you paid by credit card, go through your credit card company and there is a way to dispute the charge for item never recvd. The credit card company will most likely refund you and not pay this scammer! Please do this if you can to teach the scammer they cannot get away with it.

Everything went through fine the order was confirmed so I found another deal and placed another order.... Kept shopping and wanted another item, but this time Paypal reject the purchase and declined my card. So I started to panic and emailed the support email and it was declined to be delivered. ([email protected]) I searched the website and emailed every email address I could find and I have not received any type of response. They send emails confirming your purchase and shipment but does not disclose any tracking info. It even says the shipment is insured. Also if you have any items in your shopping cart that you havent purchased yet.... They will email you offering discounts for you to complete the transaction. I should have know the deal was to good to be true.... I was scammed! But PayPal will be working with me to help get my money back. This site needs to be shut down!

Purchased a dog bed on 9/28/18...Charged immediately $12.95 never received any communication or the product.
