I had the same experience as another reporter where I wanted to oder 2 separate products because I could not find a package that had all the things I wanted. I had ordered just the berries about 2 years ago and now I wanted to order to different products.

When I placed the order I realized the cost was almost doubled due to shipping.

I called the customer service which is outside the US and was told that it is the company policy that shipping is charges on each box, even if it is going to the same address.

I canceled my order because this really feels like screwing the customer and then was told I had to wait 5-7 days for refund. I insisted on speaking with a supervisor and she moved the time frame up to 1-2 days but this is just wrong.

I won't buy from Shari's Berries again and I am sooooo disappointed because the product is lovely.

Placed an order of berries and flowers for my mom for Mother's Day, totaling $95.23. Both the website and my order showed a Friday, May 12th delivery date. It is now 10:00 PM Saturday evening, the night before Mother's Day and nothing has been delivered. In fact, the UPS website shows the package hasn't even left the UPS warehouse. I'm out $100 and my mom is not getting anything for Mother's Day. I've called their so-called customer support line and they said they would refund the amount back to the credit card in 7 -10 business days. I aslo asked for a ticket number or something I could use to refernence the call I made. The support person did not ignored my request. I also asked for a confirmation number of the refund transaction and they emailed me another copy of my order. My credit card company will hear about this and I'm not holding my breath on getting any kind of refund.

My wife was expecting her Valentine's day gift this morning and it did not arrive . I now have a very unhappy wife. I had to pay extra for the morning delivery . So She is upset about not receiving her husbands Valentine gift and so am I.

The shipping container was plastic and the “cups” they were laying in were bigger size than the berries.

They probably rolled around and cracked and then the chocolate melted.

Not worth the cost to have the product be received in this condition.

I placed two orders for Christmas 2016. One to my mom and one to my wife. The product arrived damaged, flattened, and smelling odd. My wife ate a berry on the day of arrival and she said it tasted "unhealthy". My mom called to say thank you, however; the product didn't smell right.

I spoke to Shari's Berries customer service and they said "we recommend consuming within 48hrs.” The website has NO disclaimer or warning. This is the biggest Ripoff in 2016. Stick with flowers.

The kids wanted to get Mom some Shari's Berries for Mother's Day. Since I see them advertised all over the place I went on line and ordered....paid extra for them be delivered a certain day before 11am. Not only did they not arrive as promised, I couldn't get through to speak with anyone to find out why even though I used the "customer service" phone number they provided. (Later found out their service is out of the country). When I finally had the time to wait on hold until a representative picked up, the young lady could only just barely understand or speak English at all...I dont have an issue with anyone not speaking English, but I think the folks in Brazil might feel the same if they called me for customer support and heard how little it is that I can speak Portuguese. Anyway, she was off almost NO help whatsoever so I asked for a supervisor......I'm not kidding, 11 times!! I still have not spoken to one. d**n it, I rearranged my clients today in order to receive this package that I paid additional money for and it never came. Now I am told that it "should" arrive tomorrow between 9am and 8pm....I have a job and clients that I already put on-hold today now I have to do the same thing tomorrow too?!?! All I want is for someone who can make a d**n decision to speak to me, apologize, and refund my money. They promised me something that they did not deliver and now want me to just shut up and go away. What the hell has happened to business and customer service in America over the last 7-8 years, people?? I'm just angry because I feel like I've been taken advantage of and ripped off. Do NOT ever do business with Shari's Berries or Pro Flowers. If you do and you get ripped off, don't say you weren't forewarned.

I heard an ad on the local radio for a special offer from Shari's Berries. I went on the website and found several good deals on chocolate covered strawberries. I put the code in from the radio ad. The way the web page was set up, it appeared that it was free shipping with additional charges for specific days. I chose Friday delivery for $4.99. It showed my purchase, with the discount of $29.98 and the Friday shipping of $4.99. I entered the information for my credit card and was shocked when I saw that the total charge was $53.96 for a lousy dozen chocolate covered strawberries, I should have ordered from Edible Arrangements. This is what I saw AFTER I entered the order - should I not have had the option to review this and accept it or deny it? Lesson learned Shari's Berries, won't be doing business with you again. Thanks for making me miserable today!
