Had appointment. Gave all info to answering service. Got call to confirm appointment. Wanted additional info. I was in a hurry. No additional info was given. Sounded scandalous to the guy I spoke to. There were a no show. I called phone number. They told they had not confirmed appointnent. Called again. Got a different guy who was running to a meeting. Got call back. This guy did not know the name of his company or the owners. Sounds like a scam
Hi my name is Jilma ucles i recently signed a contact with these people for a window remodilation at my house i am untiting myself to this type of program the total cost of this was 14,000 + 4,000 of insolation for my house which is supposed to add up to be 18,000 and i called them and now i have to pay interest rates at a seperate cost. i feel lied too because they told me i was approved and had qualified for a program "HERO" and i dont have any paperwork in my hands stating that i have a discount from that program hero. i would like it if someone could assist me with this issue i need help.
