THe way that this scam works is an individual looking for towing..Emergency road service for Commercial trucks. They type in key words and location. This website pops up with a phone number to call and they say they can help. THey then get on the internet and do a better search for such services.
They then get the service provider to get them a quote for a job and then request for them to do such job. Then they get a secured money check or credit card from the one looking for services and charge them up front and usually more than the quote. The job gets finished then they give the service provider the phone number of the individual who was looking for service to get paid. The service provider calls them up and they say they have already paid.
The one seeking service then has to pay the service provider for there services. Thus being charged double.
