I ordered perfume that called ROBERT PIGUET and that cost 168$ , I received incorrect item thar called BAIES room spray cost 50$ , i contacted with customer service of selfridges they said sent the picture of incorrect item i sent 3 picturs one invoice for what must they deliver to me another one the invoice and perfume for that incorrect item , i told them to send the correct perfume again they said their policy just refund a money, I returned the incorrect item with DHL and didn’t give me recipe or bill to proof that to selfridges.. and my problem pending until now because they want invoice to make sure I refunded that ..
Although every thing
I sent 2 invoices for correct item did not deliver to me with my personal information(Saudi Arabia)
And incorrect item with his personal information ..(San Francisco)
