I used this service for about 7 months and didn't realize there were many instances in my bank statement showing that this company charged me up to 7 times in one day! I counted all of the extra charges I didn't make myself and the loss added up to $3000. I contacted the company a few times, sent a bank statement copy, with the charges highlighted, and they still won't do anything. I contacted my bank and they cost so anything further back than 60 days. Securus told me I need to make a police report but I don't know which police to even contact since their headquarters is 100s of miles away from me. So, I'm hoping this will help.

Securestech "the leader provider of inmate telephone service" is the greediest., most in user friendly company ever. My son is in the county jail, not 10 miles away; and securestech charges $10.53 for a 15 minute comversation. AYFKM! It's bad enough people are locked up for stupid s**t and their families suffer their loss. The family and inmates now have to PAY to be locked up, PAY for food, PAY for laundry, PAY for phone calls. It's disgusting and disgraceful. securestech and places like it profit off people's suffering. SHAMEFUL GREED! AND I've been charged for calls I never got. Such a scam.

I found this company they poped up when i was looking for the number to add money to my account so that my boyfriend could call out son from prison. I knew this deal was to good to be true.. 29 a month inlimited calls. but i thought cool i will do it.. afterwards they charged my card $68.. it never worked i couldn't use it. they never worked .. when requesting a refund i was hung up on and never refunded my money

I paid them 5$ to add funds to my inmate call phone system so my friend can call me. Someone stole the 5$ from the account i then contacted the customer service and Dionne answered she was very rude and unprofessional she started arguing with me about this and then she blamed the customer. and then i asked for a manager at first she said no then i asked for her ID number then she finally put me in contact with a manager who now this is all just a game with this company she is telling me that a manager will call me. they stole my money and wont return anything back to me. what crooks and frauds this company is.

I called Securus today to verified why my account was blocked. I was informed that a prepaid account was negative $3.79 and in collections per their agent Liz. Which makes no sense how can a prepaid account go into the negative, yes you guessed it an account fee Im sure. The agent tells me an account over .01 cent can go into collection.

So of course her none emphatic self was advised to get me a supervisor. Im so fustrated and pissed right now i can scream. And not to mention the supervisor gets on the phone to say a invoice was mailed regarding this balance, somehow I never received it. Surprising, they conveniently emailed me the invoice Now as if i will pay it. I think not. This is the worst company ever, out to rob and squeeze ever dime from you they can. Beware!!!
