Tickets sold to me 6 months ago for $411 (2 tickets) claimed to be "sold out" the week of the show I am seeing tickets available at the venue for $23 each. I have not received the tickets, and cannot contact the company.

They have a fake email and website listed on the Paypal receipt. The phone number actually works but when I called I was in an endless loop without being able to talk to a person. Supposedly tickets will be emailed but even if I did receive them the price is absolutely absurd I am beyond furious that I was scammed so easily.

I understand it is a marketplace but it seems to be masquerading as a legit seller for the venue and then cannot be contacted following purchase.

NEVER use secure-tix.com - No Matter What!

They don't deserve any stars! I ordered tickets in July of 2017 and they couldn't deliver the tickets in time for a show in March of 2018. The day before the show, I received an email informing me someone must sign for the delivery of the tickets. I could not take a day of leave from work to wait for the tickets to be delivered and there were absolutely no refunds - guaranteed! Not only that, I paid almost 10 times what I later found out was the true value of the tickets which I didn't receive. The Better Business Bureau should shut them down!! Don't be fooled by this scam!

Tickets-Center.com site misleadingly showed up when making a search for Sting concert at Wolf Trap. Tickets-Center site deceptively showed up as Wolf.trapvienna.com and highlights the Vienna, Va address suggesting they were affiliated with or an agent of the theater.

Ticket price listed as $45 + $5 service fee. Credit card later showed a $351 charge for 2 tickets. The e-ticket showed it had been issued to someone else. Also, printed warning on ticket stated, "Reslae of ticket prohibited." If this ain't fraud......

This site pretends to be the actual venue with a name that includes the venue name,in my case "house-of-blues.tickets-center.com" then secretly redirects you to their SCAM site . I am very familiar with StubHub and other reputable secondary sales market sites that ALWAYS state plainly that they are a "Secondary Market". This outfit DELIBERATELY gives no indication that it is and in fact ACTIVELY DECEIVES the buyer into thinking they are purchasing directly from the venue. Once on the site you are seamlessly routed to this secure-tix site where (I am certain this happens for all their ticket sales) a popup informs you that "Hurry tickets are almost sold out" Next you go through the whole transaction thinking you are purchasing tickets from the actual venue (in my case House of Blues) Only after I purchased my tickets FOR $208 EACH THAT ARE STILL READILY AVAILABLE FOR $45 at the actual House of Blues site did I realize I had been scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.
