This company is a scam. I placed my order May 7. I was told there would be a delay due to covid and it wouldn't ship for 7-10 business days but they had it in the warehouse. I began contacting them after 10 bus. days and was initially given excuses, and finally told it would ship no later than Friday May 5th. I have emailed 3-4 times since then and they are no longer replying to my emails which included a request for a refund.

Bad bait company live on 10% refund

The owner of this company keeps on registering new domain names to make them show up as top 2-3 when you search to buy aeron chair by herman miller in google. Their e-commerce websites use the same template and marked as 50%-60% percent off. Very attractive but don't be fooled!

These companies live on 10% refund. That means, they will only return 90% for each transaction to customer. So they don't care if the product or their customer service is good or not. Google is fooled and i saw lots of 1-star reviews by those people who were fooled by them as well.

I purchase a chair from Seatingmind.com 4/23/20. The delivery date was missed, Item was not delivered after three weeks, The add said "FREE SHIPPING on all orders, 30 Day Money Back cancel any time.

I canceled order 5/12/20. I received refund on 5/18/20 there was a 10% cancellation fee of $68.82. I contact them via email several times they do not take calls. They refuse to refund entire amount. Its a scam I don't think they ever intended to ship order.

Stay away from these shysters! I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron chair and paid for it via PayPal. When it didn't arrive within the stated 14 days I wrote the company via email. After 3 mails they didn't answer me nor did my chair arrive. I disputed it via PayPal. The company sent a FedEx tracking number which was falsified.

The FedEx tracking number belonged to someone else entirely and didn't have my name or address on it. Nor did it have the correct item. I wrote to PayPal to refund me and they are now looking into it. FedEx confirmed by phone that the tracking number did not belong to my address at all. The company denies everything and did not refund me. I will get them to pay me back one way or another.

Seating mind is scamming their customers. It is very poorly managed. Jacob cannot begin to competently write business correspondence, it is terrible. They continued to delay shipment of our order. I discovered seating mind has 19 complaints with the Better Business Bureau, which is terrible as well.

Their reviews are terrible. I requested a cancellation of our order, which they refused. I demanded the cancellation, stating I would contact PayPal, so they agreed. They only issued a partial refund and refused to give us a full refund. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get the full refund, which we received.

We ordered 6 chairs total online through Seating Mind. The first order was for just 1 chair. When we order the other 5 chairs we used exactually the same SKU#, description & photo off our invoice from the 1st chair ordered. We contacted Seating mind to confirm we would be getting these 5 chairs exactually as the first one ordered before placing the second order.

When we received our second order, the 5 chairs were extremely different, missing parts & a different color. I contacted Seating Mind about this, sent them side by side photos of the chairs indicating missing parts. Their rep gave me the excuse that their Wearhouse made a mistake & sent us an up graded chair in the 1st order by mistake & that we should pay for the difference.

I reiterated that we had no idea the first chair was the wrong one sent to us since the photo matched what we received & were looking for.

That we expected to get the same item being ordered a 2nd time (which we ended up paying more for). They then went on trying to send us different links of photos & descriptions saying we screwed up not them. I kept sending them screen shots of the links which I time stamped as proof that they trying to cover up their mistake. I even went as far to try & find the Owner/CEO of this company on Linked-In. After I reached out to who I thought was the Owner/CEO, their photo was immediately removed.

When I tried calling them it took several weeks to speak with a live person. I finally got through to a live person & asked for the Owner/CEO. I was given the same name listed on Linked In, Jacob Kellner. Turns out this Jacob person is only a Manager & refused to call me to discuss this matter. Their Manager e-mailed me & told us to pack up the chairs & ship them back for a full refund. We did not want that, we wanted what we thought we were paying for from the beginning. We ended up paying $280 more for a whole lot less of a chair. With their actions, dishonesty, excuses, unprofessionalism & very poor grammar, we simply did not trust them to hold up their end of the deal that once they received the chairs back, we would be reimbursed, so we offered these solutions to make things right. We suggested that instead of them loosing out on shipping costs & now having to sell theses as used to just send us a sixth chair & call it even or just send us the $280 we overpaid due to their false advertising or replace the 5 chairs with the 1st chair type we received. To date they still refuse to make things right.
