I bought a new wheeled charger model # se-1555a in January 2018 the first two weeks I had unit that charge rate button quit working was stuck on 2 amp or 55 amp I was willing to live with this problem . But now in June of same year the unit comes on and goes off every 2 seconds , I called customer service to only be told that I would be liable to pay shipping back to them to even see if product would be warrientied , I have used there products for over 30 years with no problem at all untill this new piece of junk arrived , I now know that I should have not so loyal to there product beacouse they do not care about there customers at all only there sales . I will not be buying any more of there products any more after this problem , I guess I'll be eating cost of replacement charger but you had better believe it won't be a Schumacher brand they just lost a loyal customer .
