I sent a written request to stop billing my debt card for jewelry in October 2011 and I also called them at 800-361-0718. i checked my bank account and they have charged my account again as of
ll/21/2011.

Please post the address of this Holsted Jewelers outfit.

On 12/12/11 I charged a HOM*DIAMOND.RING-GIFT AND on 12/27/11 I charged a HOM*RING.ONYX-GIFT (1-800-361-0718), on a Chase credit card, both "free" for the $6.99 cost of shipping. Now I find that on January 9, 2012 there is a $56.98 unauthorized charge on the same credit card for HOM*DIAMOND.EARRINGS-GIF. in amount of $56.98. They claim the earrings were sent on January 4. I have not received them as of January 21.

I have called that phone number and cancelled everything, and written to Chase Customer Service to cancel the charge and the credit card.

We will see what happens.
