I told the Customer Service Dept. to whom I talked to at the Sales Desk,and they refused to call the person that I have spoken to, saying "it's NOT THEIR JOB, to clarify what I was orininally told"...

Having used first purchse, with no result, requested administration, not to continue sending further shipment. I had to be overseas for couple of months. To my anguish, I spotted new sculp Med on in my closet. I called them reminding that I requested them not to continue this transaction. Gentleman said that you I did not order stopping shipment. I did request stop talking to their rep. I asked him that company should have some ethical value. I am only 3 week late as was in town. But he flatly refused looking to accommodate. No customer care. No protocols. Just be aware of SCULPTURE MED.
I order this Product for my Daughter.I told them clearly that i want one time order to check how this product is helpful.When she use she got Elergy and Iching badly.I call them to stop.But surpprise they send another one.When i saw charging in Bank Statement.I called them and ask why they send it again.Then they said we have disclamer,they did not tell when they took order.Now we can not get first payment back they refuse and for 2nd order we have to pay shipping from our pocket and top of on that they will take extra $11.00.This company is Ripof company.Do not buy any one from them.Please help to others who can stuck like us.Better idea to call your bank and cancel your payment.
