I cracked the screen on my iPhone, the company said they were an Apple affiliate so I went in to get a new screen. They put the screen on and said it was defective - they ended up putting on 4 different screens that were all defective. They said I had to pay full price and they would order more and replace it when it came in. I waited and waited. I called several times, they were very rude. Finally I gave a bad yelp review and the "owner" called me and said they would replace the defective screen if I agreed to first take the yelp review down. I said I would take it down after the phone was fixed. When I got there they were very rude and while my phone was being worked on there was an "accident" and they acknowledged they screwed up the hardware in my phone but didn't know how to fix it. They won't replace my phone, won't give me a refund, and don't know how to fix my phone. I called Apple to complain and that is when I learned they are not affiliated with Apple at all - and now I cannot use Apple because I went to an unauthorized store! I am asking that they replace my phone with one from an authorized Apple outlet.
