ORDER Quantum Sewing Meachine 12/2/2018. Money was debited the same day. Have not received the machine..today is June 36 2019. Numerous emails to them went unanswered. Today when I selected "CONTACT US" from the website I get an error message and 1/2 page of gobbled gook. "FATAL ERROR"

Ordered sewing machine on 1/12/18 and have not received the machine. Emails to the company go unanswered except for a random canned email.
I can't get an answer on shipping.
