I purchased a blanket online. It was unique and was purchased as a gift. The website said I would receive my purchase in 25 days or less. It has now been 54 days and I have not received my package. I contacted the company via email. They asked if I had a tracking number. I told them they did not provide one. They said, I had to pay extra for a tracking number. I went to the Post Office to ask if I had to pay for a Tracking Number. They said, No. They said all packages have a tracking number and that I should ask for one from the company. I have emailed the company again. I have not heard from them.

I purchased (2) wigs from this site in May, 2016. It is now August. Thier customer service number never answers and there is no place to leave a message. I went to the site emploring them over and over to send my merchandise. They have yet to respond. I srongly advise Americans not to be blind by the "cheap" prices because you get nothing for it. You are literally just sending your money to some person in China that has created a website. I mentioned Trendsgal and Rosegale because they are part of the parent company Sammydress. Please look at the design of these websites, they are all the same, only the prices vary. My purchases from the other stes yielded the same results, no product sent, no refund. I promised them in my review, as that's the only contact I was able to make, that I would not stop until all social media, family, friends, and aquaintances were made aware. This is only my first stop.

I have been waiting for over 2months for shoes that never came. I get the same tired excuses. Now I can't even get to the internet site,because of some problem with it. It appears this company has a long history of ripping off people.

I recently (13th of May 2016) purchased clothes worth USD 190.00 from Sammydress.com directly using my credit card (Order MB1605121628458538). My nightmare started when only part of the order which i paid i higher shipping cost to expedite delivery was shipped. When i enquired about the other part of my order, i was given options which were... get a refund for the remaining order, get another product or wait for the items to supplied by the suppliers.

I waited for 3 weeks and asked the status of the order again, this time i was told a refund amount of USD 56.64 had been made to my Paypal account but when i checked my paypal account the refund was not there which was expected because i directly used my credit card. Paypal doesn't have the transaction detail because as i you would expect if i didnt use paypal then the transcation will not be visible there.

Despite many attempts to get the refund with unhelpful sammydress customer service, i have now given up but would like to warn other users to be careful when purchasing clothes from sammydress.

Their clothes sizes is not standard, poor customer service, advertise items that are out of stock and rip you off on refunds plus shipment.

Purchase human hair wig in brown. Took weeks to get and the sent a wig in blonde. Wig does not even look like style order and definitely was not the right colored. Sent messages no response. Had to go through company where payment was through to get response. The asked g or pics, send then no response. Hair was no human either it was a cheap synthetic and was frizzy and looked like garbage.

I bought a dress from Summydress.com. It was defective as it was ripped off under the arm when it arrived. I tried to contact them but they not even bother to replay any of my emails. I tried to write them again and again but they don't bother to replay back. it is absolutely outreigeous.

I ordered a couple of stuff from Sammy dress on 25th March,and up to this day I can't receive my product. The tracking is not good,when I try to track it; it doesn't tell u how long or when it will be arriving,all it says is shipped out. That's not fair.

I ordered some foot bracelets from Sammy dress last month. They were a pop up on Ebay which I love.

I decided to use their coupon code and did not checkr reviews first which is very unlike me and very dumb- I know see that they have horrible reviews and even a whole facebook page dedicated to the rip off they are- so that is on me

My issue was not even huge compared to most ppl- I got 4 items and was only sent 3- the 4th is a set with the 3rd so it makes the 3rd unusable- they are foot bracelets-

Anyway- the 2 silver came- the gold only 1-

Cannot contact them- phone number is a crazy person talking(try it) and no response on email- I went to pay pay and just increased the disbute- I am sure payapl with give me my $$ back but someone needs to shut this crap hole down!

On Sept. 10, 2015, Sammydress took money out of my bank account for an order i placed. Today is March 20, 2016 and I have not received as much as an apology from Sammydress for already taking six months. I am sorry but when I purchase something and I do not get what I paid for and never hear from the people I paid, then I feel robbed, like my money was stolen and no explaination. I can't say it's a misunderstanding, there's paper work from the bank and online. They know good and well they took the money out the same day I made the order. One time they emailed me saying they will look into it And that I should of bought a tracking number to track it as if I would of bought a tracking number I would know where it is, weird, which I did not know was legal to sell tracking numbers from the Post Office. Who sells tracking numbers? They belong to the Post Office I always thought. Maybe not in China. Anyway, After six months of no call backs or email replies I really became pissed (angry). I wrote my last letter to them accusing them of stealing my money and I will continue saying it was legally stolen some way until I either recieve a refund or the d**n wig. I am not going to leave this alone. I don't care if I am over charged a quater I will speak on it for both of our awareness not to criticize. I am not too forgiving when it comes to my money being taken just because. Sammydress is in China and like a dummy I did not notice until I started reading the reviews. If I would of known they were in China before I ordered I would never of ordered. They are not even suppose to like us or our money. They are Communist. I don't know if that has anything to do with the way or why they scam some people because we are capitalist. So why take my little ole American money Sammydress? If anyone out there has done something about similar situation with Sammydress please let me know how it worked out. A thousand thanks for allowing me to vent this theft. So many videos from as far as Africa stealing those people's money by not sending them what they paid for like they did to me and others. Can they get away with this? The videos tell and show how they stuff the items of clothing in paper brown envelopes all stuffed in arriving wrinkled and sometimes discolored. They send wigs who look nothing like the orders of women as they show in their pictures. You also have videos of half orders. They never sent the rest of an order and the woman spent two hundred and change. The colors of clothings and wigs and also shoes seem not to be what they advertise sometimes. One comment explained how Sammydress puts up photos of models in magazines and sells replicas of the wigs and styles but does not always get them right and they are never Sammydress modelsfcc

Me and my brother both ordered clothing items from sammydress in december before christmas and we have yet to receive our items or a refund, when you call their number, it is inoperable, there is no way to reach a real person, we have learned that the company is in China and does not give a d**n it only wants American money, probably to fund ISIS. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and will file another with the FBI for mail fraud this week, maybe everyone should file a report with the FBI or Department of Justice or Homeland Security (I dont know), we need to band together to do something, if anyone knows any good hackers, they may be able to help as well. IT IS UTTER MADNESS HOW OUR GOVERNMENT ALLOWS FOREIGN COUNTRIES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AMERICANS!!! UTTER MADNESS!!!

A SAD Christmas for my family this year. Sammydress.com took my $350 and ran. I ordered 85% of my Christmas gifts on December 3rd 2015 I even paid an extra $85 in shipping and handling cost expedited in 3 to 5 days to be on time and plenty of time before Christmas. I haven't received anything and the money was taken out of my account the day of order.Come to find out they have a fake address, fake phone numbers to contact customer service and just an auto reply email saying the same thing over and over. I contacted the Chamber of Commerce in Rancho Cucamonga, and was informed that there is an investigation and police report filed already as of 12/20/15. to stop this. I cried all day yesterday because 85% of my Christmas gifts were ordered from these a*******.

My future mother in law and my fiancee decided to place an order with this company after seeing some of their ads on Facebook. They paid $40, and paid for 3 day shipping. That was 3 weeks ago. They sent us a DHL tracking # that is fake. Their responses to our inquiries are comical to say the least. They kept telling us it will take a few more days for DHL to update with the tracking information. No the # they gave us isn't even a real tracking #. They refuse to give us a refund or cancel the order. You can't contact them, no email address, chat is a joke and the phone # doesn't work. I filled a complaint with the FTC and hopefully they will get shut down so no one else will be swindled by this company.

I paid 97.19$ on 11/28/2015 for some gifts for Christmas and I am still waiting for the order to be delivered.

The best order wasn't being processed for two weeks (but they took my money) until with my third ticket/email/complain I asked for refund. Immediately, they replied that the order was about to being shipped but two of the items weren't available (but they sold them anyway).

They gave me three different options to choose what to do but I could not even read all the reply that five minutes after the first reply they sent me another email. A package with the available items was being shipped. It was December 9th.

I asked for refund of the unshipped items. No reply.

Today (12/16/2015) I received an email from the carrier saying that the package is going to be delivered on December 21st. I actually paid more to get the package in 3-7 business days. I asked to give me back the extra money for the expedited shipping and also for the shipping cost of the two unshipped items.

I am still waiting a reply.

Moreover, if you try to call the customer service you only reach a automatic reply that close the call without the possibility to do anything.

I ordered from this website and they STEAL your money. I never received my items! I put in compliant after compliant and just received a run around. They said that they can't do a refund and to wait 15 days, then 30 days then 45 days. It's been 5 whole months and still nothing. DO NOT TRUST OR PURCHASE FROM THEM!! If I knew where they were I would sue them! I've never been so upset or felt so disrespected in my life. I hope for all the people they are scamming they get what they deserve. It's so mean and hurtful!

I ordered 5 Items back in August #M1508260557570527 and only received 4 items 3 weeks later. We are now in December and I still have no item nor a refund.

After going back and forth with them trying to get an answer as to why the most expensive item was not included in the package, they finnaly admited that the item was out of stock at the time of shipment and that they shipped the item separately by regular mail. Which I know it is a lie as they still don't have that item and can replace it.

They are refusing to refund my full amount that I paid for stating that they have shipped the item. They gave me options that makes no sense to me as I am not intersted in paying anymore for an item that I have already paid for plus the shipment nor am I willing to purchase something else and pay 40% plus shipment. I either want my missing item sent to me which they don't have or my full refund.

This is not acceptable. It is their responsibility to do their duty as they make us pay in advance for the purchases plus shipments before we even get the item.

If they can't do that, then they should not be in business.

They can either get the item from another company in china and send it to me which I know two other companies that have that item or refund me for the full amount of $19.03 U.S. plus $9.20 shipment.
