sammydress.com is a rip off online website retailer who fail to answer their customers messages reagrding Unauthorized Charges on their debit card.They removed the Seller advertisement Picture diplay page of the item and their contact information.Also notice that Pay Paky has joined in their schemes cause they claim you have nothing on your account from them if your wallet does n show balance and activities doesnot display billing for that comapny cause its an old charge from 2015 nevertheless if you don't remeber the debit card that was used they should still be able to research their data base see the charges were done.Sammy dress invoice show that Pay Pal deducted the Money so why is it hard for them to go to the website look on the Order page see their names were the ones who again deducted the cost of items never Order by you nor received or delivered to old address the invoice had on it too,I check the Postman claim if the item is to big to go inside your Mailbos then the postman may leave it with the rental manager,who may decide to steal the Package if the Teant never ask them do they have it.He also stated if the package was delivered The Postman would have left a Notice on the buyer door saying it s at the Post Office on hold to pick it up or they send it back to the sender.Sammy Dress support center and customer service is a joke cause they know their sellers have lowest quality product ,ost of the time it does not look like the picture packaging is very un professional and the timing o f the delivery is unknown not stated in the shipment invoice the date it be delivered it just shows its been processed left their country heading to USA.Their are several Complaints online about them from customer who weren't satisfied.It is going to take someone to file a small Claim Lawsuit in District Court to have their weobsite removed and name place on the vlack list too.I had to call my bank report the Unauthorized Charges to get a full refund cause if I waited for them to do it would never had gotten done adisvise everybody to do that to get their money back asap.And file other Complaints online with BBB, Consumer protetioan and Attoeny General offices too.

On january 28, 2017 i ordered 3 dresses and paid an extra $18 to rush my order. i go online two days later to track my order, i get information stating it was chinese new year and the company was closed down. now, i placed the order several days before the chinese new year. so once the holiday was over i sent a request asking for a full refund!! then two day later i get one of the three dresses. so i sent another request asking for a refund for the other two dresses. a couple of days later a second dress comes. i sent another request asking for a refund for the third dress because it was still on back order. today is august 24, 2017. i have not been reimbursed nor have i gotten the dress!! i have made several attempts but have not hear from the company. i wouldnt advise anyone to deal with this company!!

People, Please be aware of this company. I ordered clothes from them for my honeymoon and I received them roughly 45-60 days later, however that was not the problem. My problem was when I opened the bag the items were shipped in only to find clothing that did not fit by being 1000 sizes smaller than avereage (sized to fit a 10yo child), clothing that was put together unevenly (the clothing was strectched and not proportioned), clothing that was put together with cheap material that left the clothes stitching falling apart, sewn improperly, too thin, stretched and disproportioned and just plain ol unacceptable. When I attempted to contact someone, the number that is listed a lady answered but told me the line was only for people who needed assistance "placing an order" so therefore she refused to assist me. I was told to use the "support mail" which is where you must leave them a brief email of your concern and they "should" contact you back. I received an response but was given the run around back and forth for about a month. I told them I wanted to send the clothes back because I couldnt wear them and was told they dont accept returns. So I was stuck with about $200 worth of clothing that I couldnt do anything with. They also claimed they would refund monies at one time but never did. I recommend all people who are reading this to stay away from this company!!!! They are scams and the USA should protect its people from companies like this. This Sammy Dress company (which is located from out of China) continues to rip people off and nothing has been done!!! Its been brought to my attention that there are other websites under different names that are owned by the same people. Chances are people, if the price seem to good to be true, then it is. I have kept the clothing (unworn because its not wearable) just in case we get lucky and some lawyer out here decides to hear our voice and starts an class action lawsuit. I will be the first person to show the clothes that were sent to me that lacked so much quality. Spend your money where you know you can return or exchange!! These people are intentionally ripping people off, for nobody can be that naive to think anyone could actually wear the clothes they are selling!!!!

Sammydress is a serious fraudulent Company (sammydress.com) took my hard earned money, and never fullfilled my order nor returned my money. I have tried many times to call them, or reach this company by chat or support , and have not been able to get through. I am pissed off and I am demanding my money back!

Utter scam.

Sizes inaccurate. You're ordering from China. Shipment take 45 days or more.

Quality is feh. Returns are impossible.

Spend the extra money for a relaible US based closting source.

Return methodolgy is impossible, with a OBTW instructions.

Avoid sammydress like the plague they are.

Using AOL I bought hoodie in xxl and when I received it you could see immediately it was way too small even though it showed xxl. Has no paperwork and no return labe on the shipping envelope so you have no idea where it came from.

AOL should not allow this company to use their web site to rip off customers. I knew the price was too good to be true. Buyer be aware of this rip off company

I did send an e-mail I found on line and to return they want pictures of the item plus measurements of the hoodiee even though I GAVE THEM THEIR ITEM NUMBER!

I ordered a pair of red boots . I was suppose to be guaranteed to have buy Christmas I submit ticket to make sure .. they were a gift . Now 20 days later I still haven't received them the labels in Chinese I submit tickets over and over requesting refunds and wondering where package is they jus say it takes 7-14 days it's on back order .. well it's been 20 days . Customer service isn't helpful probably the worst customer service of ever dealt with . They take your money and you never get the products you bought . This business should be shut down . DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM .....

If this company makes a mistake in your order good luck at getting your money back.

I placed 2 orders with SammyDress. The first for $129.66 on 10-8-2015

7 items and selected expedited shipping since the product was coming from China.

First part of the order shipped 10-9-15 arrived 10-16-15 the second 10-11-15 arrived around 10-20-15 and third 10-13-15 arrived around 10-28-15

The first package to arrive was a a pair of snow boots and 2 shirts in a plastic bag.

I tried the shirts that fit as expected. The boots were for my daughter they were very nice quality ... little did I know they were 1 inch shorter than what they advertised the length to be. They did however fit my daughter but snug a week later.

I was careful to pay attention to the sizes they posted on their website since shipping was expensive and I did not want the hassle of sending product back to Singapore.

On 10-20-15 I placed a second order for another 6 items and opted for expedited shipping and insurance again.

Second part of the first order to arrive was 2 pair of snow boots and a shirt also in a plastic bag. Third was a shirt in a plastic bag.

While waiting for the 3rd package I wrote and asked why the delay and was told different products different warehouses. At that time it dawned on me they were selling merchandise they did not have in stock. I wrote back and told them it would be wise to post a "not in stock" for the buyer.

Then part of that 2nd order arrived in about a week. 4 tops I tried them on and 3 of the tops were way too tight. I measured each top and the size stated on the SammyDress website was from 5 inches to 8 inches different that the garments I received.

I wrote customer service and told them the problem. I also cancelled the 2nd part of the order they had yet to send. They refunded part of what I had paid for those 2 items quickly.

Here is their request:

1-Could you please tell us what size you ordered?

2-Could you please send pictures as attached showing the size difference and color transfer(please use a ruler or measuring tape next to the item),

3-Could you please send us the pictures of SKU (product) number.

If we made a mistake, we will be happy to fix it for you.

We apologize again for any inconvenience caused.

Such a scam. I sensed something was up when I got the "your order will arrive in 25 business days" after that 25 days was up, I was told I had to wait ANOTHER full month (you know just to give the goat it was attached to a few extra days to make it to the rowboat that would allow it to leave China). That month went by and still no responses to my inquiries. Finally 2 months after it was supposed to arrive I get an apology "looks like it was lost in shipping" ... we can refund you 50% of what you paid or reship to you." This company is shady AF. Be warned. It really isn't about the money (they only owe me about $30 but it's the principle of them being so blatantly shady).

Listen the quality was so bad and they were so contrary to the web pics that I couldn't even give them to Goodwill! They were put into the garbage. Bottom line...this company is a scam and the wonderful web ads are a complete lie. I would personally like to get my hands on one of them. I have no place for ripoffs. I lost my money.

Took two months to receive a piece of s**t that was advertised with incredible graphics and resolution. Two of the three shirts had to be picked up at post office and the third never arrived. The two that were received were not only wrong they were of such poor quality they made "cheese cloth" look rich!

Sammydress.com is a total ripoff. DO NOT mess with them!

Placed order Oct.23rd and it is now November 8th- still says order is processing. The number to call sounds like an individual's voicemail which is full so you can't leave a message. Submitted two tickets by email and still have not heard anything back.. Thinking of taking legal action!!!

Sammydress took my order and money, 10/12/2015, but sent wrong item, I returned the item to them the same day I recieved it so they have to sign for it.They answered my first two complaints by email but their site will not take another email.The phone number they give does not work and they will not call me even though I have given them my phone number. They still have not returned my money or sent the right dress. it is now November 6, 2015. They are doing nothing to correct the problem and limit consumers to what they can do to correct problems,so customers lose.

I ordered an item on 8-22-15 they charged my account a few days later. As of 11-6-15, I still have not received my item. They corresponded for a few days regarding my ticket of compaint, and as soon as I said I wanted my money back or the item reshipped at their cost, with tracking at their cost, they stopped communicating. 10-16-15 was the last I heard from them.

My experience is simple and like most common! I saw a really great bargain on the style of shirts I enjoy and fell for the trap. I meticulously ordered the sizes that the ad made available as my size comparison. When I finally received the package (It took three weeks), I imediately opened one very small package only to find all 5 shirts, poorly made from cheap, thin material, that looked similar to the beautiful photos in the ad but nowhere near the quality promised. Every Shirt was so small a 15 year old would have a hard time fitting into.

And to think three of these were the largest sizes available which, when ordering I thought might be a little baggy but better that than too small.To my surprise, they were way too small after all! The worst part is when I tried to contact the company for exchange or refund, the phone number is infinitly busy. I Even tried to call when they should be closed just to see if it was a working number.

Go figure. So I followed their rules and sent the email requests....again and again and again until finally I got the answers all at once telling me to measure the shirts and send pictures and they would review it for their inspection. Are you kidding me? But after all this, No response! Don't get caught up in this companys theiving ploy! Stay away and encourage people to buy American.

ScammyDressIsARipoff SammyDress.com is an absolute ripoff. I ordered two sweatshirts in size large. Received one which looked like a child size. In addition the quality of the sweatshirt is incredibly poor. I contacted the company via their website. They never responded. I filed a complaint via PayPal and they offered me a $5 refund on a $35 order. Don't order from this company. It's a scam. They charge shipping that is close to the value of the clothes. This way they make money on the shipping as well as selling inferno clothes that they don't always send you. I'm still going to try and get my money back.

I orderd a man's black/red trim shirt and 1 rhinestone headband. They arrived. Next, another pkg arrived with 2 more shirts, another rhinestone headband, on one order I had canelled a lot of merchandise, yet several of those items were placed inside the 'wadded up" 2 shirts. Postal carrier delivered to our door not understanding "why" this was in this condition. I opened and saw 2 shirts I did not order, the 2nd headband I did not order, a cancelled pearl necklace w/earrings, missing was a sweatshirt I ordered, a necklace I ordered. A small pearl headband that was cancelled. I went online and reviewed my "orders" where it clearly showed items cancelled, yet shipped and charged now 3 xs for a man's shirt I only ordered 1, 1 headband already gotten yet a 2nd one and another charge. Another necklace and sweatshirt not included. The prices beside thecancelled items showed I have been charged and charged again and again and items bought have not arrived. I read on your site tonite postings about this company Sammydress. com and thought I "just" filed a complaint against a collection agengy charging me for magazines for $808.79 which I never purchased and/or never got nor do I want them, not then, not now. So this is the 2nd issue I now have with "being taken!" And reading posts about THIS company, I KNOW I will not get my $ returned and may be continued to be charged repeatedly, from what other people have posted about this Sammydress. com company.

SammyDress.com is an internet company offering department store items at rediculasly low prices. If you do receive the items you ordered they are all mis-sized and/or poorly made. Zippers are not sewn in, seams are not completed and fringe items are generally stitched on inside out.

You will also find them on TrustPilot as well as this site. They make fictious responses to complaints, but never leave a valid number, email, fax or address to reach them. There is no valid way to get your money refunded except to take copies of all the scam sites where they are listed to your bank and see if they will stop the payment on any orders you have sent out.

All of the social media notices with positive feedback are listed as advertisements. The company posts those notices. They are fraudulent all the way around.

Paid 80$ for 4 dresses and a belt, did not receive one dress and all the other dresses looked nothing like the pictures on the website. These dresses look like they were sewn together by a 4 year old child and the quality of the material is extremely poor.

Do not waste your time, energy or money with this site, it is a complete scam...run while you can! Completely disappointed in this company and they should not be in business. It is unfair that they get to steal our money like this, the feds need to get involved and shut this illegal operation down.

I opened up a complaint 2015-10-14 04:33:19 and I have yet to hear from anyone concerning my issues and concerns.

I am absolutely disgusted with they way this so called company handles their business if we can even call it a business, more like organized crime at its best.

I ordered 7 dresses 10//15 & expidited my order. I did not receive my products in that time frame. I had to open a ticket. I am being told crap about back order, dresses are not being made anymore, this is 5 dresses that were the same kind. I told them I wanted my money back. They had mentioned in the Ticket # that I could put my money into like a card under their name or paypal which that is how I paid. Then I knew I was being ripped off so that is why I am here. I called Paypal & they are emailing them. If they don't respond Paypal will give me my money back. They have 10 days to respond to their email.

Ordered hooded top off this website and it was in stock paid €20 through paypal and a week later they constantly ignored emails, messages and they're phone number always said line busy they eventually got back to me when I threatened with guards and said my order is out of stock and they will ship in 2 weeks time but this will not happen as people have said they say this and never go through wit it they are a scam and have to have something done to them...

I placed order on 8/29/15 and payment was processed on 9/1/15. They asked for my street address so I put my street address ( and mailing address ) As some shippers do not deliver to post office boxes.

it was sent to my street address and as I have no mailbox there the post office sent it back. I spent so much time trying to track it to try to get it back, but was told by DHL that they do not handle returns back and it probably went back to China.

I tried on numerous times to ask for the package returned or money refunded but they are no longer communicating with me. one time after I inquired what happened to my package, they did they say it was undeliverable. Since that one message, they have stopped all communication.

This was my first order from this company and I had hoped it was legit but now I feel like they just stop communicating and keep your money if it gets complicated for them in any way.

Is there any way I can make them give me back my money or re-send my package. ( it took almost a month the first time it was sent).

I bought one dress, and when I received it, first of all it looked nothing like the dress that was advertised, and secondly the sewing job was so sloppy. You can tell this dress is not something you'd ever buy in a store. When I called Sammy Dress, you can never reach them by phone, the California number they provide just hangs up. Then when you place a "ticket" there is a technology error when you go to submit your complaint, and when finally e-mail them with proof, they do not respond. I had to go to Facebook to try and talk to someone and when I finally did on a social media site Facebook, the person wrote that the clothes are cheap for a reason and they would only give me store credit. Sammy Dress should not be allowed to exist, they are horrible!! Save your money do not shop here

I ordered from Sammy Dress in June 2015, it is now almost 5 months later and have not received my items. I contacted their disguise of a customer service department, and by that I mean, they don't have one. You write a complaint to an email and only a non-repliable email is sent saying they will contact you. They don't, ever. They do not give you contact information and will not respond on the social media page Facebook. I want a refund! They are awful, their crooks, thieves! They took my money, and never gave me a product!

I bought a bintage dress of sammy dress in august and was informed that it would take 7 to 14 days delivery. I emailed them constantley saying you have taken ny money but no dress. Replied had no order sent them confermation of order and recepit of paypal. So 3 weeks later dress turns up in the smallest parcel i have ever seen and when i opened it it was nothing like the dress on the site. All the lace was ripped and it was so badly made i even posted on facebook. I have constantly emailed them to ask why this is nothing like the dress and i am still wIting for a reply

I purchased 6 different wigs from Sammydress and each one had either been worn or was defective. One of the wigs smelled like someone had been cooking while they were wearing it! None of them looked like their pictures. The quality of most of them was so bad it was funny. The curly wig I purchased was a disaster, as if someone had tried to brush it and make sense of it only to create a tangled mess. Three of them looked like they could be brushed back from the front of the face, but this was actually impossible because they had a thick material in the front which created a bump up from the forehead. Very artificial looking. I contacted Sammydress and sent pictures, but they asked me to send pictures again with each wig's number and it seemed like too much trouble to go through. They already know they are sending out junk, so why bother? I wrote bad reviews on the wigs but it appears they only post the good reviews. Too bad for all of us who have been so disappointed.

The clothes I ordered and didn't look anything like the pictures. Also the clothes I ordered did not fit right. They were either too small or too tight and I ordered larges which should fit me. When I looked at their return policy I would have to pay for shipping back to them and then pay for new ones to be sent. I would also have to send pictures. I should be able to send things back without having to do all this.

I ordered 3 items from sammydress i paid with my credit card, I got an E-mail on August 9 2015 saying that my order had shipped and it would be here in 10-25 days. My items have not got here yet. I tried the tracking number they gave me but they said it was incorrect so I have no way to track my package, Icall the phone number that I found at the bottom of the page 1-909-581-9508 but all I get is a busy signal everytime.
