I had to submit a "Pay Issue Report” frequently to receive my commissions on sales the company had already been paid for. Often time waiting weeks to receive pay. Then Sales Experts Inc lost the contract they had with the solar developer I was selling for, and I went in to a morning meeting to be told that I could no longer sell for the company. After putting in $1350 worth of sales in the beginning of August, then being told I no longer had a job, I was promised by Ziad that I would get paid out on those sales.
Fast forward to now, months later, after multiple conversations and promises from Ziad (who initially claimed that the solar developer didn’t pay him, and after contacting the solar company directly, found out he HAD actually been paid), after I contacted the Department of Labor, after threatening to take him to small claims court, after giving him AMPLE time to resolve this issue, I’m still getting the runaround and have not received a dime. This is illegal. Next step is a court date. Sad thing is I’m not the only employee who experienced this. I hired, taught and trained a team of people who all also experienced this. It is so embarrassing having to explain to someone whom you brought onboard why they would not be receiving pay this week.
I signed up to work for Sales Experts INC back in July of this year. I joined their Safelink Campaign which was givign out phones to low income people. I interviewed with some guy that lived out of a hotel said he was here to open up the market and made it seem like a ground floor opportunity. I was told I would get $10 a phone. My first week I singed up 30 people which wasn't much but I was new. My second week I singed up 118. I was told pay day was the following week I was excited to see my first check.
I met up with my boss and he told me that all my sales were pending. I though this was odd so I tried calling the company but no one got back to me. I demanded to see a pay stub but they never sent me anything. I then showed up the following week and they told me 100 percent of my sales were rejected. I then looked for my boss and the rest of my fellow reps were in the same position I was he was never to be found. This company is a complet scam I a have worked lifeline for years and know what I am doing. It's true some sales are pending and some get rejected but not 100 percent of them.
I looked up the company online and found they already had plenty of complaints about similar things happening. Apparently some guy named Shawn Leuthold owns the company but doesn't care about his employees. I am writing this report not because of the money but because I later got contacted by SAFELINK 2 months later asking me why I sent over 200 phones to the same address months after I left the company. I told them I only worked 2 weeks back in July and never got paid. They asked me how I sent phones to some address I have never heard.
Of I told them repeatedly it wasn't me I don't even work there anymore. Apparently someone at Sales Experts Inc used my identity and gave it to some guy who in turn was trying to scam the government. This company is super shady. I wouldn't work for them ever. They don't pay they rip their reps off and it turns out there are all sorts of reports about them online doing the same thing to others.
