I agree with the previous complaint. This company will take your money. After they get your money they, you will never talk to anyone at the company. I've left 10 voicemails and 20 emails with no response. The appointments they set, suck. The final expense appointments. Everyone says they didn't make an appointment. This company is a total ripoff!!!! Do not use this company or u night as well throw money down the drain
I should have checked this site before purchasing pre-set appointments from Sales Associates. I should have followed my gut when they said they only take checks for the first set of appointments. The 'pre-set appointments' were NOT pre-set appointments but the name of someone that they probably got for free. None of the appointments had been contacted and hence, were not expecting someone to show up. They were not even interested in final expense information! I am initiating whatever legal proceeding I can, hopefully to recover to my money but if not, to shut them down.
