This is the worst insurance I have been a paying customer for many years OH . Claim is for 2012 Kia optima LX 4 door sedan red. I filed a claim a few months ago when a deer ran out in front of me. I sent pictures and you have the police report.

I want to know why this is being ignored. Can't call claims only goes to voicemail. ASAP Thank you 10-09-2022 . They will not return calls or emails I have tried several times to call and only goes to voive mail for claima.

This is my first claim ever and have been with company for years.

On 11/9/2018 I was rear-ended as I was making a left turn into my doctor's office. I had to stop before making the left turn to avoid oncoming traffic and the driver behind me hit the right rear bumper of my car as I started to make the left turn. I called the police and they were not dispatching officers to the scene unless there was an injury. The other driver and I exchanged insurance information. His insurance company is Safe Auto. Approxiamtely one hour later I called Safe Auto to report the accident. They gave me the name and phone number of a claims adjuster that they said would inspect my car and give an estimate on the damage.

I took a printed accident report to the HQ of the police department on 11/12/2018. On 11/16/20187 I had not received a call from Safe Auto and they said the accident report was not filed yet by the police department and was still being investigated. 5 days later there was still no call back from Safe Auto so I called the claims rep directly and another rep in that department said that they were not sending a rep to estimate the damage and I was told that I needed to download their app once they sent an invitation to me and I would complete the information there and take the pictures myself and download them via the app.

One week later still no call back from Safe Auto but I received an estimate letter in the mail dated 11/19/2018 for an estimate of $562.44 which I knew would not cover the cost of replacing the bumper because it had just been replaced 6 months prior. Over the next week I placed numerous additional calls, left voice messages but received no responses. I received a check in the mail dated 11/21/2018 for $562.44. They were expecting me just to cash the check and consider the claim closed without providing the full cost of the replacement of my bumper or rental car coverage while my car was being repaired.

I am now retaining and attorney for the full cost of damages to my car, rental coverage, and compensatory damages for aggravation of a medical condition for which I had been seeing a doctor for on the very same morning that the other driver rear-ended me. As of 12/3/2018, I have not received a call back from Safe Auto and my car is still not repaired. I refuse to file a claim through my insurance company because I will have to pay the deductible and my rates will increase due to no fault of mine.

How can an insurance company get away with this? Safe Auto agreed their driver was at fault, sent me a check but are not willing to fully compensate me for the damages to my car and the cost of transportation while my car is being repaired?

Safeauto quoted me a 139.00 down and a 99.00amo. premuim then immediately sent me a bill for 277.00. When i called about this bill they told me it was because of my driving record that they were already informed of when they quoted me my rates. Never got a policy or ins. cards yet they couldnt refund my money because they had already 'insured me for nine days and could only refund me 4.00 I wish I had checked them out before I lost my money to them! Do not do business with these lying thieves.

Stay away from this glass installer they damaged my car over 2 weeks ago during the windshield installation. Installer put interior molding screws up through my roof. He also didn't replace the windshield molding correctly and it is now falling off the car, I can't drive the car , if I do the molding will fall off. I'm not able to get any resolution on what they intend to do to fix the damage. They are hard to reach by phone and are now avoiding me. They keep telling me to resolve with installer I didn't hire the installer they did. If you value your auto stay away
