I hired thiis man, Ruben Flores, to repair my backyard fence on May 19, 2016. He made an apointment for four days later (Monday May 23) and quoted me a price. He did not show up on the appointed date and did not call me. I called him and he did not return my call. I had used him once before to repair my roof and did a satisfactory job.
There was s big storm in Lubbock the day before he was supposed to show up here (25 miles from Lubbock), and I suspect he lined up a lot of more lucrative jobs. I could have worked with him on that, but he chose to neither call me nor did he return my call. I would call that unreliable and irresponsilbe conduct of business.
l will not call him again, nor would I recommend him to anyone. If you cannot trust a bussinessman's word, I'd say do not trust him with anything.
