Nick Ragle is a scam artist who promises companies funding services. He tells you that an imaginary investor is interested in your project (usually one of his aliases or fellow scammers names) and then leads you on for months claiming the "investor" is falling behind.
He tries to Ghost you and produces nothing. He rents physical office locations to make his imaginary investors seem legit. Check his BBB reviews. He's a thief.

I share your comments. He had scammed me about investors that are ready to fund my project and for 2 years he got me with lies, jumping from one "investor" to another and so on. No result. A piece of shit
