We contacted Royal Maids and asked for a deep cleaning. They came to our house and provided us with a quote. They said they would clean "everything." They said they would do windows, floors, walls, baseboards, everything.
They came to our house and when finished you couldn't even tell they had done anything. Unfortunately my wife paid them anyway. When I got home that evening I was so upset. I've never been so let down in a service in my life.
I called the next day and spoke with the owner. When I voiced my complaint she insinuated that I was a liar and would need to come see the house for an inspection. She came that day and admitted to my wife that the job done was unacceptable. She agreed to give us a refund.
She then dodged my phone calls for two days and finally responded with an email stating she would not be giving us a refund.
Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a company.
