My Warrenty company sent out a ac company no problem very nice. Found the problem said we will send the report to home warrenty they did. Without me knowing add a bunch of stuff to the bill. Come to find out they will not do the job without this added stuff like a access door a switch and a new pan. All stuff that is not nessisary but added up to $980.00. Now since they add all this to the bill home warranty will not cover it and since they said they would do the job the home warrenty will not send anyone else out. The ac company new this and has me agents a wall. They are just trying. To take you for what you are worth.
I was told i needed a new ac system(in the middle of winter} and the electrical wire to the air handlder was also bad. I thought i purchased a complete trane unit.On the day of installation(1/9/2015) there was a problem with the unit and it was corrected. family members complained of a funny smell when the heat was on. the company came out to check, but nothing was found. i had a parts warranity with trane and labor warranity with the ac installer Royal Air.Since the installation of this unit family members and my self were constantly sick with respiratory problems. I myself asthma. On 1/6/2017 my heat went out. i was already very sick with respiratory problems.I called Royal Air and they could not come out for serveral days. It as extremely cold in my house and being sick. I called another ac company. The ac man came and diagnosed the problem. It was at this time I got a big surprise. There were multiple issue with the ac unit installation. The most important thing the uv light for the air cleaner(for allergy) was not even connected. I did not have a complete trane system. The installer basically just put other parts together.The air handler and air cleaner were not trane. I feel the installer took advantage of me because i needed the heat and a female senior citizen. i had to do financing for the unit and still paying for a product I didn`t purchase and improperly installed. I believe the installed has violation city, state and federal codes and regulations.I know a city permit was not done and is required by my city. I am filing reports and complaints with the city, state texas dept of licensing and regulation and possiable epa violation concerning the new rule with matching components. There is so much more to tell......This company website states it is BBB accredited, but the BBB states other wise. There are large amounts of complaints about this company.I feel this company has cheated and scammed too many good people and need to be investigated and accountable for there actions.
