Delay my order for 30 days. Tried to return items because the size they said was Xl didnt fit would have fit 12 yrs. wrote to the 17 times trying to exchange for bigger size. Now they want me to ship them back at my cost when they stated easy returns. I told them to just sent my money back and told they can order has been shipped that was 10 days ago still have received the 2nd shipment Still dont have the items and the items i do have dont fix. Email sfter email stalling tactic the do. They said i had 7-10 days day but i have been writing for 3 weeks. I placed an order on 10/8/15 with Rosewholesale.com after seeing their advertisment in Facebook. I had no problems registering all my information in order to place my order and even received a confirmation email immediately stating that I was now registered with them. I received an order number after placing my order and I was to receive a confirmation number so I could track my order after everything was processed. I ordered 3 items for a total of $30.65 and used the expedited shipping of $21.13, because it was cheaper than the regular shipping amount. The total amount of my order was $51.78. I checked back on my order a few days later because I never received a confirmation and nothing on their site works! The support centre, the chat, the tracking order, nothing except placing an order. I tried calling their number 917-621-0925. The first time it rang, but then disconnected. Everytime after that, it just was busy. My Visa was charged on 10/10/15. Now, I'm seeing all the report scam details about this company so I guess that money is never to be seen again. This is my first bad experience with ordering online. I won't be doing it again with a company I know nothing about. Sucks to be a Sucker!

Ordered two items from them as the prices seemed really good.It has been over 3 1/2 weeks now and they still have to delivered any products and their website is a sham....you can NOT contact anyone as their website keeps saying its wrong...even though you enter the right captcha....A Classic SCAM here folks!! Stay AWAY!!

The "quality" of this product is not as represented. You receive very cheap, synthetic materials with a pattern that represents what is shown on the add but the clothes aren't even meant to fit anyone. They are just cheap materials loosely sewn together which cannot be worn. I've been communicating back and forth with them now for 9 weeks, they respond constantly with a series of games to include: 1. Repeatedly asking what is defective 2. Giving me an address in Chinese 3. You can't get an email address from them but go through a series of trouble tickets that never end. 4. They won't accept delivery from anything but untrackable mail at the cost of $80 to return the package for a refund of 70% of what you paid.

Of course, I don't trust them enough to spend the money in hopes they'll refund. The main thing to know.....when you post a complaint, they respond and pretend the problem was worked out or post something asking how they can make it right. They did that on Site Jabber and I've noticed they do it to anyone that complains about them on this site too. They won't part with the money to refund and will do anything to pretend they are willing to work with you. It's a game of seeing who will give up first. My stream of communication with them is endless with no resolve. Unfortunately, they only accept paypal so I can't have my credit card withdraw the funds.

I bought a dress from Rose Wholesale. It arrived with unstitched neck and sleeves (it is actually sleeveless). It looked nothing like the photo on the website. Way too small, and I even went a size up knowing that Asian sites size their items much smaller.

I submitted photos of the issue and they only offered a partial refund. Excuse me? I wanted to send the dress back and get a full refund.

I also told them that I was ordering another of the same exact dress in their largest size because I did like the dress even though it looked different in person than on the website.

I also told them that I hoped it would be a finished product instead of the unstitched weirdness that arrived the first time.

The second dress arrived more than 60 days after I ordered it. They kept saying they sent it. They would not refund my money.

Then it turns out I finally got the package and the label showed that it had been sent quite recently (about 9 days before I received it).

So, they never sent it in the first place, even though they had my money.

Customer service is terrible. They keep repeating themselves (via back and forth form on the website) with a script that is completely off topic and avoiding the real issue.

Ordered shirts from rosewholesale.com. What a disaster. The sizing is so small that even if you ordered a larger size it wouldn't fit. If the shirts did fit you couldn't wear them anyway because the quality is so bad it would be embarrassig. The material is that of a childrens halloween costume. Then you pay 35 dollars for shipping and the clothing arrives 20 days later. They send you any size they feel like and the biggest problem is that you can't return the clothes! There is this crazy return policy. When you contact them to return items they have this crazy return policy. They tell you they are very accuracte with their sizing and that you have to lay the clothing on the groung and lay a measuring tape accross it, take a photo of the item including the size on the label along with the item #. Then they are going to review it and let you know how to return the item if you can at all. All this is done via e-mail. What if the shirt just doesn't fit. You can't just return it because you have to wait for them to tell you where, if and how you can return anything. Apparently they are filling your order from all over China and who knows where else. This can go on for months and months. They probably discourage returns this way. I am still waiting for a credit for two items that were not avaiable. They said it coud take over a month to get a credit. Yeah, they want you to forget about it. I have read other complaints and it looks like that credit may never appear anyway. So I am out $100. for nothing. Terrible terrible company, do not order from rosewholesale.com. The clothing is garbage and they are out to rip you off. Customer service is horrible if customer service is what you wat to call it. I am surprised that this internet company as not been shut down. Really bad quality, bad customer service, impossible returns, no credits.

This company will rip you off. The clothing was crappy and some where missing. they charged me for 5 items and I only recieved 4. do not buy anything from this company. If you do you will find it hard to reach them since the number is alway busy and the answering machine is full. try calling pay-pal to resolve this . the clothes are trash!

The picture of the dress on line looked beautiful when I received it came in small envelope it was so cheaply made and stitch I wouldn't even use it for a night gown. Do Not Waste Your Money on this My son also brought two shirts he ordered the largest size and the proportions were completely off it fits me a female and I'm a med top.

I recently ordered a few items from Rose Wholesale. The payment for items was immediately deducted from my card. Afterwards, I didn't receive any order or confirmation number from them. Nor have they contacted me since. But charged my card for a second time instead. I've attempted to contact them several times to resolve this issue. But have gotten no response. I will never do business with them again. And I'm calling my card company to ensure that they cannot take anymore of my hard earned money from me. Do not do business with this company. It seems like a good deal until you're out of money with nothing to show for it.
