We hired this company based on a phony resume... and other peoples work.
At the time he Dmitry had a partner.
Dmitry was AWFUL... unorganized, unfamiliar, and certainly unprofessional.
Dmitry had NO idea how to roof and we hired another roofer to bail him out. Dmitry was unpaid.
We found that Dmitry was NOT exactly what we bargained for... part-time contractor, borrowed equipment and an absolute false sense of buuilding codes, manufacturer's specifications and standardized roofing and siding practices.
His workers spoke very little english.
And, he had a phony INSURANCE POLICY on his workers meaning if they got hurt on my property he could sue me.
Tried to part company with Dmitry but was threatened and harrassed by phone and online.
Years later I found out he was part of NUMEROUS "start-up" contracting businesses on Cape Cod... apparently Dmitry is very crafty with the internet and keeps setting up CHEAP, BASIC WEBSITES like the one he's using now.
STAY AWAY... he is NOT a contractor.
