I have been A loyal member of PurePlay for over 8 years. I am also A "Lifetime Member" holder. There have been numerouse reports of abuse by this DOMAIN, by many players having simular problems collecting their winnings & reports of bad site flaws. Their lack of response towards player problems is awful. I have even gone on reporting/ complaint sites like this one,(In the past) with A positive out-look towards PurePlay & commenting likewise. Know I have come to light how they catagorize players. I am sure I must be on their "Red List". It is no-longer fun to play on their site for myself & others who have complained of problems. I hope the infomation that I am "Starting" to report on signals change within their policies. I look forward to others that may address PurePlays & RockYou,s negligence towards customer support.
