Purchased a wireless, programmabole thermostat on October 5, 2017 thru their webstie. Waited for 2 weeks, still did not arrive.
Tried calling; had to leave a message. They texted back saying it would be a few more weeks. Decided to cancel the order on 10-23-17; couldn't wait a month.
Asked them to credit our credit card. As of 11-13-17, still no credit.
Went to their website and it appears they have taken it down. So, we could be out $174.38.
Ordered a Roomba vac, decided to cancel within 1-2 days. I emailed them, they replied like a regular company would...assuring me I would be refunded in 7-10 days. My bad, I forgot about the refund....just now realized I never was refunded.....too late to be protected by Visa too...I can only hope there are places in Hell for people that do this......
I ordered a part for my furnace. They claimed I would receive the part in 3-5 business days. Two weeks passed and I emailed them. They claimed that my order would be here soon. I emailed them weekly for a month and suddenly I get no response and now the website is gone.
I purchased a replacement furnace filter for $31.99. After weeks of no receipt I emailed and was told they didn't have it in stock but was working on the order and I could cancel if I wish. After several more weeks without receipt, I emailed and cancelled the order, however, they charged my credit card. I emailed again and once again I received the same email reply that someone would be in touch with me in the next two days. No one has contacted me.
I contacted customer service. One rep after a day or two then replied that item is on back order. There site never stated the item was not available.
I then asked for refund since item would not be shipped when I needed it. There site shows refund but funds were never actually refunded to my personal checking account.
Nov 28 tried sevral times to contact via email. Phone number is not available. Tried using chat service but it was not operational.
Nov 28, there site was up and on Nov 29 it is down.
Stay away from this company. RocketIAQ says they will ship your product, but they never do. It's always some excuse. And you can never reach anyone. Phones aren't answered. Website is no longer active. E-mails get a "standard" replay -- Thank you for contacting us. Our business hours are ..... Someone will be back to you within 48 hours.... And that is ALL you get.

The company is a fraud. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Thank God I only paid $29 for the item. From what I'm seeing, others are out much more!! They should be shut down. I ordered 2 garage door openers on October 4th now it's October 29th no product yet. Called them number of times just a voicemail emailed them at least 10 times. They emailed me back and asked how I like the product and was I satisfied. I emailed them back told them I haven't received anything yet they never got back to me. I called me credit card company to dispute the charge. Something should be done with scamming company's they take hard working people's money. Don't buy anything from this company!!
I purchased two air filters for my parents' HVAC system in their home on September 2. They took the money, but never delivered the filters. I've called them; you always get the "our customer representatives are busy" message, and they instruct you to email them. i received one message that said I would get the filters within two weeks. THe filters were never delivered. I emailed again and received a message that said I would get them within the week. Again, the filters were never delivered. Now when I emial them I don't ever receive a response. BUYER BEWARE; NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Will be disputing charge with credit card company.

I ordered an air compressor from RocketIAQ. It was supposed to ship promptly. When several days went by with no shipping confirmation email, I grew concerned. I emailed to ask when the item would ship. The automatic response was the only reply I received. Also, in the automatic response, it mentioned that if I wanted to cancel the order they would oblige, and I thought, "hmm, that's odd that they would assume anyone emailing them is considering canceling an order!" A few more days went by, no response to my inquiry, no shipping confirmation. So, I cancelled the order. They wrote to say it had been canceled and to expect the money to post back to my account in 2-7 days. Now it's 9 days later and I'm fed up with waiting, hence this complaint. I would stay away from this company!!!

I have not heard anything from the company on the shipment of my product and when calling the number online, you cant talk to a live person, it tells you to email customer service. I have emailed 4 times on the status and nothing has been responded!
This company overly inflated their own reviews to become somehting they are not. They make promises they do not keep and commitments to delivery that never happen. Another one of those compnaies trying to compete with AMAZON, when they have no customer service skills to speak of.
Just a little context for my part. I am a professional contractor for electrical services as well as a building contractor. I have been using online retailers for over 10 years with great success and many wonderful experiences and relationships with a variety of online retailers. So I do speak with some what of an educated back ground on this matter.
I have written this company 5 times via email, they do not answer their phones, to many times to count. I have never received any response other than automated about how fast the reply will be, 48 hours or less. They promptly charged my credit card for the merchandise with no further contact. Purchase was close to $800 dollars. Turend it over to my Credit card company.

When you call, you get a message saying there is a high volume of calls, and that you should leave a mesasage. Reading other reviews .... this seems to be how they operate business. High profits when you take the money, but then never supply the product!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!!

Scam! Ordered dust buster over 2 months ago. Bogus phone #, generic emails. I'm out $30. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
