The valet service lost my keys, so I couldn't get into my home. I called the locksmith company that could come to my house the quickest and that was a mistake. The guy showed up in an unmarked van that look like it had just been in a wreck. He tried for two hours to pick my locks and couldn't get into my house. He told me he had to drill out my deadbolt and door knob and that he would replace them with new ones. He left my house twice to get parts and was not able to fix the mess he made. He charged me $1000 and said he would be back the next day to fix the mess he made. He left some tools behind and a complete mess and my doors were left without locks for the night. I suggest you stay away from any on line company that says that fix anything and be at your house immediately. This company is a total rip off and a fraud.
