I was at the Rio for business in February, 2017. As we were making out way out for lunch, a salesgirl from Lionesse *literally* grabbed me by my wrist and started to pull me into her shop. I pulled back and then she told me that she wanted to give me a free sample/ mini facial. I reluctantly agreed. She used 2 products on me. She told me that it was on a special for $350. I told her that was too much for so little product. She then told me that if I followed instructions, it would last 2 YEARS. "That's not expensive when it lasts that long," she said. I said alright. When she handed me the second of 2 products, she ran my card and said, " That comes to $400." I got upset and asked what hapoened to $350? She then said that the special price was for the first item only, but she was giving me a great deal on the second one so that I'd have the set. I SHOULD HAVE WALKED THEN. I took both items. Here it is, 6 months later - I followed the usage diections to a T and BOTH bottles are empty. I unscrewed the cap of one of them to look inside. There is a smaller second bottle inside! On top of that, I still should have gotten more out of it, so it must NOT have been more than half full when I bought it! I called Lionesse corporate and was told that: 1) all of their bottles are a 6 month supply and they don't know wht I was told that it was a 2 year supply, and 2) the Rio location is an independent, 3rd party seller and they have nothing to do with it- tough luck. I've called the Rio to complain. I was told to take it up with the store. The manager said she'd have the store owner call. In short, everyone is passing the buck snd I was foolish enough to fall for their lies. I've lost $400 over deceptive claims.
