Do Not use this company for credit restoration services, due to their unethical and shady business practices. They charge the clients money to send letters to their creditors on the clients behalf, which states the client is claiming identity theft, which is not true and it was not expressed to me. The letters sent do not have the organizations name on it because they do not want to be recognized in this fraudulent scam, and wish to keep their hands clean. Overall, the company is not professional. Jay Davis, being an African American man, states he is looking out for "our people”, however he is a crooked businessman, assuming African Americans are ignorant, in which he takes advantage of them. My advice.. Do NOT use this company!! In addition. To Jay Davis, there is Karem Ortiz-Secretary, Melissa Santella- Office Manager. They are all aware of the crooked practices.
