I am trying to help out a homeless Veteran in Tillamook Oregon. my colleague and volunteer contacted Rick for a used refridgerator. He drove 65 miles to purchase a used one. It did not work, so he was invited to return it. Once he drive back the 65 miles (130 miles round trip), he was told there are no refunds. Pick out another one instead. They were outside in the weather, and had rotten food in them. He also didnt show up to even deal with our displeasure. How these type companies survive is because noone follows up on these scam artists and shut them down. We need a small fridge, but ended up having to get one to big or nothing at all. He needs to stand behind his products, or disappear. I am the homeless Veteran for which this fridge was purchased for. I served my country, and my word is my bond. I could of taken matters into my own hands, and this would of been very unfortunate for this scammer. Instead we are doing it diplomatically first.
