Revitol Reviews

  • Aug 9, 2017

I saw an advertisement for Victoria Osteen's product Revitol on TV and I started to order it for the 30-day free trial. When I saw they needed my credit card I quit working on the order they didn't take PayPal so I quit.

A few days later someone called me and ask if I was interested in the product. I guess I must have put my phone number in the queue. So I went ahead and ordered the product with whoever I was talking to. It's wasn't Victoria herself that is for sure.

Immediately, on July 22, 2017, my Chase account started sending out alerts to me of the weird charges on my credit card. The first charge is from Fantastic Health for $6.95 next charge was for $4.95 from Gold Health they told me this was the shipping charges. Then on the 24th of July, the 3rd charge of $1.98 they said it's for insurance charge from HP Solutions was the charging company. Ok already send me the stuff.

Ok, the date of order is where the begin counting Free Trial. So now I am really wondering about this product and who is selling it. I watch my dates and am counting. Today (August 8, 2017) I get an alert from Chase saying that possible fraud active on this account. I call and it's the Revitol Anti Aging Moisturizing cream for $89.98 billed through HB Store. I am like thinking Really?? Who the hate are all these people!!!

They are now saying the free sample was for 16 days and the eye cream was for 18 days Really. I was angry and said I wanted to cancel. They said it was too late the product is already on its way.

Now when it arrives I have to call them back to get a Return number and ship it back with a restocking fee of $10. So basically a lot of aggravation for the free sample. So many company names, different people charging fee from different places. I can't believe that Victoria Osteen is involved in such a scam!!

O Come on Victoria you can do better than this!

I placed an online order for Revitol hair removal cream on 2/22/16 because all the research I did said it was a safe and painless product. Well when I used the product it burnt my skin and left bumps and dried areas. I called the company to return the product and the customer service rep told me that once a product has been opened they do take returns. I asked her how do you know if a product works if you don't try it? She said I should have read their return policy. After the rep was really rude they dedcided they would issue a $7.00 credit when I paid $51.88 for the product and as of 3/23/16 I still have not received my $7.00 credit. I would never recommend some else to use this product.

I went online to find a skin care product and was directed to the site - it advertisd the product as being on sale. I selected the product and provided my payment infomration. After I hit submit it changed the price from $26. to two line items of $131. and $95.

I called the customer service line immediately and they refused to cancel the order and refused to let me speak top a supervisor. I have reported this to my bank as a fraudulent charge and reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. I have NEVER seen anything like this.
