I used HERO financing and this mortgage brokerage group sends mail saying "Discontinuation of Benefits" and lies about my Property Taxes and damages happening to my home finances if I don't call.
They use a call center in Panama and are a group of slimy mortgage brokers based in Glendale,Downey and Whittier, California. They wrote false information about our property taxes and home, and government programs, etc, just to get someone to call their Panama based call center.
Complete fraud! Don't reply to their mail! The headline starts with "Discontinuation of Benefits" etc.
