My wife and are are updating a 2003 American Tradition motorhome. During the updating process we found a problem with a rusted out section of slide out framing. Becuse the frame was broken it caused the exterior of the coach to sag and cracked the fiberglass from the slide out to the front wheel well. My wife and I decided we wanted the repairs done right and by qualified people. So we contacted the manufacturer and decided to take our RV to thier service center. They gave us an estimate of $5500.00 to do the reapairs. We signed the paperwork and added a paint rpair, a resel of the coach, a new skylight in the bath area a complete chasis lube and brake check, and service of the front and rear ac units and engine ac compressor replacement. total came to $15000.00. When the repairs were done we picked the coach up and drove to Emerald Isle S.C. It started raining and we had standing water in the kitchen area and completely down the passenger side of the coach. We cut our trip short and went home. Omce at home I checkrd all the work that they had charged us for.The chasis was never serviced or checked. The engine ac compressor had been replaced but was leaking freon at the hose connections and needed repair. I had to totally reseal the coach myself and had about $4000.00 in interior coach water damage repair. The skylight they replaced was leaking and had old caulk and dirt between the exterior plastic and the interior plastic The interior lauon they replaced was not the same color and when I replaced it the repair to the framing was patched not replaced. and none aof the ac units had been cleaned or serviced. After spending $15000.00 and another $8000.00 on the repairs we should have an awsome coach. I had made several attempts to contact then with my complaints and all they would say is "They will pass it ON" and so far they HAVE.
