I ordered a 5.95 one time special. Resvibrant automatically shipped me product and charged my credit card for additional products. I called and asked for a refund and was promised a full refund. I was given a Return authorization number and address to ship to. I followed all instructions and never received my refund of 283.83 as promised. Now they will no longer answer the phone.

Thus company advertised their product on the Internet for a free trail.I used my debit card to purchase it.suddenly I was charged for two item such as Resvibrant and hydramatrix.was charged 88.96 plus 88.64 plus 1.99 plus 1.99 and charged almost $9 for shipping .I made a complain and send the product back to them. They emailed me a fake transaction number which my bank cannot trace the money into my account. This company is a fraud, when you call them they will give you excuse upon excuse and tell lies.upon searching their name later I released they did the same to soo many people.please this people must be stopped and money collected back to us. Be warned there are fraud and scam. And the product doesnot work.

I was enticed by a "FREE" bottle of serum, know dr. oOz, Oprah, all said it was good. So the free trial wasn't free it cost 4. , I by passed the extra shipping for 1.99. Which they charged me. Anyway, separate, from the bottle, and I called the SAME day and cancelled, because they charged the additional 1.99, they ignored my request, I told them that same day to cancel. They did not cancel me and charged me an additional 90. Without my permission, and I called to complain and they said, your trial offer is not a free offer but a pkg. deal, and if you don't send the serum back, you are in the program. AND you get no money back for the free trial, YOU are out that first 5 dollars, PERIOD. This is a scam. They have your card number and now can charge at their WILL, while you suffer and have the hassle to make them stop. What's with the credit card companies, not helping its consumers, who have to challenge, over and over again, to clear this up.

They refer to shark tank for this product. but when you check the website glow recipe, this product is not listed. very misleading, also nowhere on free trial ordering does it state that you are joining a monthly service, before or after payment, its on the terms of service, but you have to hunt it. rat santa ana

Ordered a free bottle for $1.99 shipping. Got billed $88.64 + 2 weeks later $1.99, then 4 days later $94.61. Have called the company (800-548-8601) numerous times. The phone rings once then immediately goes to busy. Never been able to talk to a person. Disputing the unauthorized charges w my bank.

Scam

I too fell for the "only pay shipping" to receive ResVibrant ($3.97) and HydraMatrix ($3.96) product, only to later be charged $88.96 within 15days and another $94.63 20 days later. NONE of this was disclosed in the original order, nor enclosed in the packaging of the original order. I called to cancel and request a full refund only to be told that I could only receive a $44 refund and to send the product back. I have not opened any of the product and am in the process of sending the product back - at my own expense, of course! Regardless of how the product works or not, the company is shady and operates under deceptive practices! Buyer BEWARE!!!

I was suckered into giving my credit card number for shipping only when i agreed to a free trial of resvibrant anti-aging cream. It was suppose to be my "reward" for answering a survey. Now there's a charge of over $88 on my credit card. I did not receive any further product nor was a subscription for further product part of the deal. I would never have agreed to the free trial if so. It's a scam. I'm disputing through my credit card company. The box it came in or the company listed on my credit card, which is neuvibrant, has no contact number. I luckily kept the box it came in and googled the name. That's when i came across Outscam. Wish i knew you existed before falling for this

I saw an advertisement on Dr.Oz website for anti- aging serum and creme. It was only $4.95 for 1 and the other was free along with free shipping. Without my authority they sent me a second set of merchandise and withdrew $94.61 for the Serum and $94.93 for the other. I am on disability and NEVER would have spent that kind of money. I called the 1-800 number and after arguing with the first representative, then I had to argue with his boss. Finally I agreed to take 75%back on only 1 item but I should get ALL my money back for both. I'm 51 years old and I haven't had acne in years. My chin and neck are all broke out from using this so called "Miracle Solution " If you go on his website he even has Oprah and a lot of other celebrities backing this product. When I went on Resvibrant.com there are hundreds of complaints about it being a scam and how money was taken out of peoples account's. I don't know if there is anything you can do for me but I really could use that over $100.00 back.
