Stay right away from ResumeHelp and save your money. The promise of provide free resume templates is entirely misleading, and when you complain to them they disappear. There area lots of genuinely free templates for job resumes, but ResumeHelp is not one of them

I discovered too late that ResumeHelp.com has been getting away with this for far too long.

You will find them near the top of a Google search. That only shows that they are paying to have their site optimized. Take it from someone who's been burned. Stay well clear of ResumeHelp.com. They are just sitting in the bushes waiting to take advantage of trustig consumers.

They were billing me for an account I did not open

Fraudulent company!!! stay away!” - these people continue to charge your credit card after you use their service once. I did not agree to a subscription but they charged my credit card. None of the company's "customer service line or chat" works!

Do not use Resume help

Their site says free template. You build your resume and THEN find out you have to pay to download or print it out. Then there is an automatic subscription renewal where they got me for $40 because I didnt cancel after the 14 day trial, which costs 1.95. I emailed them and said I didnt use the service beyond the 14 days and to credit me back the $39.80. They refused because I didnt cancel in time. They dont give an option to cancel through their site and you have to contact them by phone or email. I tried to call during their business hours and the recording said they are closed. Your resume is NOT free, you have to pay at least 1.95. Then they rely on you forgetting about the automatic renewal. My resume is mediocre at best on top of it and i couldnt contact a human by phone. Even their emails dont give a name behind the customer service. Strongly advise against using this website.

I just discovered a charge for $39.80 on my debit card. I called resumegig.com at 8444841207 to dispute the charge . For the first 20 minutes of the call, they insisted there was NO account associated with my debit card. I began listing all the dates where I have now found charges to my card. Eventually, it was determined that a child had gone online to create a resume for a class assignment, likely didn't realize there was a cost involved and inadvertently set up an account without permission. At no time did any adult ever authorize. Marco from Resumegig was able to confirm that there has been NO use of the services and that my card has been charged 16 times for $39.80! $700! Marco said he would try to "make things right" by "asking the computer" if he could give me a refund. The computer authorized him to refund 2 months if and only if it was fair to me. I refused to say it was fair because it is not fair. I then asked for the name of a contact within management. Marco said he doesn't know that information. I said I would start with his supervisors and he said he didn't know their identity. Seriously!!? I want my money back. Please help me!! My credit card was used but not by me.
